Good drinks, average food, enjoyed sitting outdoors on the deck

My husband and I went here on an early summer Saturday night and sat on the balcony upstairs. It was a great spot to sit on a beautiful night. Service was average. The servers seemed a bit frazzled much of the time. The margaritas were good - they had a variety of flavored ones to choose... read more

Went for drinks and appetizers. The Margaritas tasted like a syrupy sweet juice cocktail from a can and very watered down. As others have noted, the menu consists of things fried, smothered in cheese, etc (not authentic Mexican). Confetti or Sidewalk Bistro are much better bets. Ay caramba!

We stumbled upon the hidden little town of Piermont on our way home from visiting relatives in Pound Ridge NY yesterday. While Xaviors, Confetti and the other high end restaurants looked appealing, we were simply looking for an outdoor, casual, late afternoon bite to eat to take us through the evening. Tequila Sal y Limon delivered. The half pitcher of... More

Ordered a drink special.... so horrible I had to send it back and order something else..... the second was better but weak for $11 martinis.... all in all expensive for less than average Mexican food. Service wasn't great either... First time I ate year about two years ago, thought it was overpriced for Mexican food........ tried it again a few... More

Went to this restaurant today for an early dinner and simply put it was a disappointment. It was a beautiful day and we wanted to eat outside. The place got decent ratings on other sites, but I wish I would have checked Tripadvisor. Seems our experience was consistent with others. The food was just terrible. Bland soggy tacos and mediocre... More

Casual, fun and a good place to hang out and catch some people watching. Wide range of clients. The margaritas are really delicious and the gaucomole worth finding a parking space. Nice service and clean atmosphere. Try the mango margarita you won't be disappointed!!!!

The place looked lovely. The weather was perfect, so sitting on a terrace eating seemed great & it was..... well the sitting part was. Don't know why I didn't check with TripAdvisor before I went in. BIG MISTAKE! The food was absolutely tasteless. The waitress, although sweet, didn't speak English well. I asked for hot sauce & got red water... More

Quasi-Mexican food. If you see ground beef, crispy-shell tacos, and cheese on everything on the menu, not a good sign if you are after authentic Mexican food. Margarita tasted synthetic and way overly sweet. Salsa was sheeny and tomatoey - perhaps from a jar. Very pleasant on the balcony and right in the middle of main street, but the food... More

My husband and I went here for an evening out with dinner. We loved the location on the second floor and the opportunity to sit outside on the porch on a balmy evening. The service was friendly and the drinks were great. However, when the food arrived, the plate was filled with a lot of rice and beans of mediocre... More
