The service was friendly and they readily accommodated us vegetarians with a tasty meal. Even though their menu isn't very veggie friendly, just ask and they will work with you. It was also super cheap. We didn't get to a lot of restaurants in the area (FYI they close early and they take a long time to get to due... More

We were in a hurry for a movie, so they were accommodating and served us quickly. Overall food was very good, some are better than others. Liked the the enchilada, burrito, tacos, chimichanga, fundido. Still decent, but not spectacular was the pozole soup, jalapeño poppers, and some of the mixed drinks although the prices for drinks were great. The bill... More

Just finished a meal at La Cocina. I hadn't eaten there in a 18 months because they didn't use to serve margaritas. I was told they now did so decided to give it another try. Arrived at 3:45 and noticed they served lunch until 4. Ordered a frozen margarita. It was large, but mediocre at best. Way too much ice.... More

Visited with my family in July 2014. - Small place probably can not seat more than 8 tables - Good margaritas - but small serving and not strong - Food excellent - I was impressed - Service was poor - took us 40 minutes to close our check....and the dinners coming after us took forever to get their orders in

We enjoy Mexican food and La Cocina is now one of our all-time favorites! The guacamole was amazing and our entrees (enchiladas and fajitas) were some of the best we've ever had. The Margarita special was a great way to start things off! The restaurant is on a side street, just off the main road through this small town, and... More

There are not too many dining options in Keuka and La Cochina is one where you can get a decent meal for a reasonable price. The food is fresh and well prepared, and they have a few good Mexican beers to offer. The chips and salsa are surprisingly good, again because they are fresh. The restaurant looks out to a... More

They simply have great Mexican food. We were surprised to find such in the Finger Lakes area. When ordering my wife questioned the waitress about the chile rejenos as a possible choice. She asked the owner/chef and he came out to convince my wife to try it since he had just made a fresh batch of batter. She said it... More

Boyfriend and I couldn't find anywhere in the area to eat dinner that could seat us right away. This place had been recommended by our B&B owners, and it turned out to be a good tip! They sat us right away even though it's a small place. Service was friendly and attentive. Food was great!
