Good intentions but dull execution. Overpriced for what is served. Not a repeat for me with good fare north and south of Pawling

I've eaten here many times over the last few years and have never had a bad meal. Food is terrific, creative and while a bit pricier than other restaurants in the area it is well worth it. Good place for birthdays and family celebrations when you want something a bit more special. It is hard to get a table so... More

The food was good but the portion size was very small for the price. Easily ate an entree and dessert without feeling full and spent $95 for two people. Water to drink so just a meal and dessert and no apps.

Thank you for your comments. In all fairness, however, our entrée prices include a wonderful house salad of organic greens with spicy pecans, fresh pears and stilton cheese. More

Our son, daughter-in-law and two grandsons live in Pawling, and we always enjoy visiting there. One of the things we like best is an evening at McKinney & Doyle. Our dinner with kids and grandkids last week was no exception. Everyone was happy with what they ordered. Good drinks, too.

I went went here with a group of people after a tour. Didn't know what to expect. It was a bit pricey, but we were hungry. I ordered the baked chicken and it was delicious. I took pictures of my friends meals too. The vegetables were cooked perfectly and the carrots were sweet.

We had fried calamari, strawberry fields salad, bacon cheeseburger, & shrimp wrap of some sort. Everything was very good, they do have a bar and a bakery, not too thrilled with the bakery food, but the other food for breakfast and lunch is great! It is a very cute place!

We've been going to McKinney and Doyle for years; mostly for special occasions like birthdays, brunch, graduations, etc... Yesterday, we went there to celebrate Father's Day. Before going, my wife and son conspired to call ahead and have a sour cherry tart reserved for us for dessert as a special treat. We almost never order dessert, so they were really... More

This is a favorite restaurant of so many guests who come to see Watchtower Educational Center. The food, atmosphere, and service are excellent. Especially great for a Saturday or Sunday brunch.

The food at this bakery/restaurant/bar remains better than average. We had not been here for six months or so. From my memory, entrees are now $4 - $5 more and other dishes have increased prices as well. Charming is nice, but overpriced is ugly! Here's out entire dinner: one glass of wine, two entrees (one of which was an entree... More
