Good place to eat. No complaints about the food, however the hostesses were not welcoming at all. Is it because they are the only gig in town?!?! They are also a bit pricey. Their bakery is a fantastic find!!!! Wish it were closer to home!!!

After a shopping trip to Pawling, we went to McKinney and Doyle for a quick lunch. It was just right. The lunch menu is very diversified and they offer delicious, seasonal specials. We shared a Tuscan eggplant sandwich and a special salad with shrimp, tomatoes and artichoke hearts. Both were delicious, fresh and well presented. I enjoyed the side of... More

We enjoyed a late evening dinner on a Tuesday (which is Pub Night). The menu is a bit limited, but we found more than enough items to choose from. Clientele looked to be mostly locals. The service was great and the only thing lacking was being able to order from the yummy looking attached bakery!

I thought it was good, but there's not much competition in the area. Must make a reservation, as it can be tough to get in.

If you're in the area and want a delicious brunch with substantial helpings - visit McKinney & Doyle. I've heard much hype about the restaurant for a years and after trying alternatives in the area, we ate here on a Sunday. It is very popular and for a party of two we had a 45 minute wait. However, we staved... More

One of our favorite things to do is have a date night at mcKinney and Doyle! We often sit at a high top table or at the bar but making a reservation is best, otherwise you will find yourself waiting for 40 mins or more. Food is always great. Our meals have never disappointed. ever. Staff is friendly and attentive.... More

After having a bit of difficultly making a reservation for 6 at 6 on a Saturday evening I was a bit skeptical going for dinner. I had been there for the bakery and breakfast but it had been quite some time since we had a meal there. Multiple phone calls back and forth for a simple reservation seemed a bit... More

Consistently great food, seasonal menu, and fun environment. McKinneys is a favorite local restaurant and bakery. Wonderful lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch menu as well as pastries, cakes and coffee in the bakery.

Nice atmosphere, and great food. It always looks and tastes good, and McK&D uses farm fresh products whenever possible from local farms. Their fresh baked bread, served with a sprig of thyme and some butter is most delicious, and we have never been disappointed with any of our meals.

From the service, to the atmosphere, to the delicious food and imaginative cocktails...McKinney & Doyle offers a big city dining experience to a small town community. Always consistent, always friendly and always in demand (make a reservation!), the restaurant is a well oiled machine...and we are in the food service, so I say that with confidence and a little but...
