Sure, they offer great deals--reasonable, plentiful prix fixe meals and groupons...but the quality of the food and service reflect the cost! Shellfish was obviously shucked a long time ago and flavorless, salad greens were served wilted and brown, asparagus tips were not served with the asparagus side (huh?), and desserts were dry, commercially produced baked goods the likes of which... We are always looking for a good seafood restaurant close to home. We had read mixed reviews about Goldfish and were somewhat reluctant to try it because many of the complaints seemed like legitimate ones. There were however enough positive reviews to consider giving it a try and when there was a Groupon available we thought, "Why not". We ordered... More

This restaurant is in an old house off the beaten path in Ossining. For lunch you have a prix fixe ($18) with appetizer, entrée and dessert. And it is a full lunch for the price. We had an appetizer of two oysters and three clams, followed by salmon with lobster stuffing and then sorbet (although there were other substantial desserts... More

We arrived for lunch just as the restaurant opened on a Friday. Parking was limited and on street. It's in an old house with an interesting history tucked into.an historic neighborhood. We were seated in a small side room as a large party was expected in the bar seating area and the side room was quieter. Lunch was price fixed... More

We don't go out for lunch very much and was very happy that we picked this restaurant. We started with crab cakes which was very good. Also had the arugula salad with strawberries, pistachios which was also a hit with us. We shared a main of stuffed penne with crabmeat. Would highly recommend this restaurant.

The wait staff tries hard, the food is average! Loud, the noise level is high. Wish I had better to say, the place never changes.

If you love fish and edible creatures from the sea, this is the place to go. Situated in the lovely, old section of Ossining with homes dating back 100 years or so, you will have a pleasant experience.

I had the opportunity to dine here with friends and family and I really enjoyed dining at this restaurant. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and the food was good! I had a fixed price dinner ($35) that consisted of mussels and then crusted sea bass, arugula salad and coffee and chocolate mousse and fruit.
