We watched the transformation of Nina's (formerly Mam Nina's) over the years...some good times, some, well, not so good! Well, can I say Nina's is truly back! It is a great family restaurant with plenty of options for everyone...and they still do pizza - their grilled pzas are the bomb!!

Good location in the town on Oneonta. We were seated and served right away. We ordered a whole pizza, which was huge! They also had pizza by the slice as well as a whole selection of other foods, which looked delicious as well.

The food here reminds me of the taste of cardboard. The smell is rancid and heat intolerable. The owners are always yelling at their wait staff and one can hear the pizza guy Justin being rude and obnoxious to help. I for one will stay away as one gets the impression that this place is on the brink of disaster!... More

We went here and dined outside. Outside dining is on the sidewalk next to the street. The interior was stifling so we had no choice. They ran out of everything that we ordered. Service was SLOW!

This restaurant closed, the space is being cleaned and renovated by the new owners. It will be a family-friendly Italian grill, opening soon.

Mama Nina's starts out with a perfect dough and bread recipes. They make awesome garlic knots that are smothered in garlic butter. The bread used for sub sandwiches is delicious. The dishes such as lasagna, ravioli, etc. taste so Italian with very rich flavor. My favorite is their eggplant parmesan sub sandwich. Very good. I have never eaten there. I... More

While in town for a college visit, my daughter and I wanted a light dinner so we stopped here. We each had a slice of pizza. They had quite a few options and I although I liked the sesame seed addition to the crust, my bruschetta slice was mediocre and her regular slice was.........well, regular. The inside of the place... All we had was the pizza. Coming from NY, I have to say it was good. Honestly, my biggest problem was the restaurant itself. It was dirty and very cluttered! It's cheap and I suppose caters to the college kids. They don't really care about that stuff.

Recommended by the Oneonta Hampton Inn but the delivery started the poor experience. According to the desk staff, they don't allow the "Delivery Boys" (an accurate quote) to go past the front desk. I can't recall when I've had a "Boy" deliver in the past 45+ years of traveling on business. The restaurant should address this issue as in my... More

The calamari pizza is to die for. We get take out from them all the time and rarely eat in because it's not a big place and it fills up fast. The food is good, the pizza is well made and the delivery is always fast.
