no wings on buffet, when asked about them the gent says it will be a couple minutes, then turns and syas to nother worker, I hope he likes waiting 10 minutes. no soup in the soup buckets, in fact they were all dried,soup cups had chocolate mousse all over them, absolutely no service provided, was never asked if we wanted... more

I travel a lot, sometimes with my children, sometimes not. If there is a Ponderosa or Bonanza, I always try to stop in. I cannot think of a single time I have ever had a bad experience.
