this place was very popular on a Sat afternoon during late Sept. We lunched by sharing a blue-cheese burger, and fish and chips. I added onion rings. The burger 8 oz of delicious flavor, the fish had a nice light batter and was a very generous portion. This was ample to share between the two of us. Our server was... More

In August, it seemed to be the only place open later in the evening and we liked the waiter, so we went back this week and ate there again. The food and service are OK.....probably would go back again. We each had chowder and a sandwich this time around. Last time it was lobster pizza.

Slickers is always a popular place for casual dining. Food is very good and moderately priced. Music on many nights.

We expected a typical burger joint, and while the menu was typical of a burger joint, the food we had was quite good. We were not too hungry, so asked if we could split a Philly steak sandwich. We overheard the waiter describing it to some other customers. He said they prepared the beef in house daily, so we decided... More

Not a huge menu - but the french dip was to die for. Chicken wings are great. We had 4 children and 5 adult lunches and it was $102. That included 2 pitchers of Sam Adams and 3 sodas for the adults. I think that is pretty good.

Our party of 8 ate dinner here the 4th of July. The wait was long, but they were packed. Everyone enjoyed their meal while we watched the fireworks from our outside table. The fries are fantastic!

The place is good for drinking beer, listening to some guitar music and chilling with your friends. Never take there fried food! If frier boy drops a frozen chicken wing onto the floor, he's allowed to pick it up from the floor and put it back into the basket!
