We went to Daikers on a rainy Monday. The place was pretty busy. People were hanging out playing ping pong, pool, shuffleboard. The bar was busy and many people were at tables eating. I had the soup and salad. French onion. Yum! So good. The salad was huge and oh so good. The menu is big with many choices. I... More

We were camping at Old Forge for the weekend and opted to have dinner at Daikers instead of cooking at the campsite and boy are we glad we went here! We got there early on a Friday evening to get a good table outside overlooking the water and stayed for quite. We started with drinks then ordered dinner. All the... More

Being local, 20 miles away, which is local in the Adirondacks, we eat there every Friday. The fish fry and fish sandwich are big and very enjoyable.going there tonight to try some of the rest of the menu. Staff very friendly, but service is slow due to what seems an undersized kitchen, which is strange for a place that is... More

Daikers has a great location, right on the shore of 4th Lake overlooking Alger Island. We were staying a couple of doors down so we came here a few times for lunch with the kids. I thought it was odd that they were only seating people outdoors on the deck which led to a 45 minute wait for a table... More

Daikers is always one of our stops when in the Adirondacks. You can't beat the views. The food was good but it was very busy when we were there (4th of July weekend) and the service took a long time. I recommend getting your order in quickly so that you will not be there too long. Our lunch was over... More

Great place for food and drinks at the bar or out on the deck! This is my dad's favorite place in the Adks!

I've been by this place many times while visiting family in Inlet, NY, on Fourth Lake. I finally got to go inside with my wife, son, and brother-in-law in November 2013. Immediately upon entering, I thought "I don't want to ever leave." It was exactly what a restaurant/pub in the Adirondacks should be. The view was fantastic, the food and... More

The food choices are basically "bar food" but sitting out on the deck enjoying the view was great. The service was very good. The food was okay.

I cannot believe how great the location is. It's is on the water with a huge outdoor deck! It is close to Eagle bay and Old Forge. It's also huge inside and I think every SU fan was at the game the day we were there (so are we). Beer was cheap (under 4/draft) and chicken wings were great!

Beautiful day to be out on fourth lake and as always Daikers hit the mark. Very casual dining lunch or dinner. Great place for kids. Sitting out on the deck watching the world go by a perfect way to spend an afternoon. We always enjoy the clams and burgers. Reasonable prices for families. Being able to reach the restaurant by...
