For discriminating diners

Well above any chain restaurant. Very upscale quality with corresponding prices. Look at the menus before sitting down to dine.

There is a very limited selection of food so check the menu before proceeding. The Philly cheesecake was bland though the smoked trout salad was good once I ordered extra pesto sauce. Our server was not very attentive though I observed the waiter for the adjacent table was very responsive. The building itself is very interesting and sitting on the... More

My husband, daughter and I ate here for lunch on a Saturday in September. They both ordered the Croque Madame. The sandwich was okay, but the roasted tri-colored potatoes were so dry they had to smother with ketchup to get down. We each had a Bloody Mary since the reviews mentioned them. They were the absolute worst we've ever had.... More

My wife and I went with my parents on a Saturday night in October. Reservations had been made for 7. We arrived early so that we could have a drink, asked if they had a cocktail menu and were told that they did not. However, the bartender was very capable at making any drink requested. We were seated right away... More

Beautiful house with gorgeous interior woodwork and a lovely wrap around porch. We had lunch on the porch. Wonderful menu!

The food was outstanding, portions reasonable, very helpful server, beautiful restroom with REAL towels for drying your hands, and the presentation was exquisite. They use cloth napkins, almost unheard of these days! Sisters Bistro looks to be upscale with the wonderful atmosphere, but the prices were very reasonable. In addition to the lovely interior, there are two outside seating areas;... More

Stopped for lunch on our road trip. Soup, sandwich and salad were outstanding and unique. Chef is definitely talented. Portions were a perfect size. Victorian atmosphere was charming. We will definitely be return guests.

The portions are so incredibly tiny that I honestly had to dig the homemade trail mix out of the car to feed my son after we walked back to the car from having lunch. He had the pizza and it was the smallest pizza I had ever seen. Trendy buzz word menu that correlated to OVERPRICED, under-flavored dinky portioned food.... More

The new autumn menu is incredible, pumpkins and pheasant create an incredible delicious and unique dining experience. The service was impeccable and the atmosphere was inviting and relaxing. Definitly a favorite eating and drinking place in town; "a gracious gathering place" is the perfect description.

I enjoyed a meal here last year and returned to Old Forge with a teen granddaughter just to try it again. A nice Victorian setting, an attentive server and an eclectic menu are standard here; the Bloody Mary is almost a meal in itself. There is generally an original sandwich offering to go with the flora soup and the combo... More
