Near-perfect place!!! All they need is an espresso machine! Food and service are A+. The salmon and the filet mignon are top of the line. We visited on our first night at Old Forge and had to repeat on the second. Nice wine and beer list.

This restaurant is our "go to" place during summers in the Adirondacks. We've tried just about everything on the menu and have yet to be disappointed. We had guests from NYC who agreed their meals would complete with the best restaurants in the city. Kathy and Paul (husband and wife/owners) are always accommodating and Paul's daily specials are always creative,... More

Five Corners Cafe provides a wonderful dining experience. The food is exceptional, fresh, inventive, and most delicious. The service is professional, friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is unique, it is at the same time trendy and chic while capturing that small-town, Adirondack feel. It feels like the chef-owner and his wife (who runs the front-of-house) love what they do. The... More

This is the second time we've been to this restaurant and I've had to say it was one of the best meals ever! My husband and I split an order of Grilled shrimp which were presented on a skewer with a divine cocktail sauce. I ordered crab cakes - they were quite wonderful - lots of crab and not over-seasoned... More

As first time visitors to Old Forge we came across Five Corners while looking for a place to eat an early dinner. What a find! Even though we did not have reservations, they were able to squeeze us in; and were we in for a treat. Every one of our dishes was fresh, inventively prepared and cooked to perfection. From... More

My boyfriend made reservations at this place that was recommended by the motel owner for my birthday. It was very cute and clean. Only 6 things on the menu plus a special. ..which I think is great!!! When a place puts their top meals on a menu you know it will be great! We both had amazing meals!!!!! Along with... More

At the recommendation of our motel owner, we stopped by the Five Corners Cafe for dinner. We were certainly glad we did. It's located right in the center of Old Forge so if you choose to dine on the patio outside you get a great view of what's going on in town. The service was good and the food even... More

Inventive food choices and fresh ingredients are standard fare at Five Corners, located at the main intersection of Old Forge. We dined at outdoor tables on a balmy evening, enjoying delights like carrot cardamom soup while watching the action as tourists shopped and walked by. I enjoyed a simple but beautifully prepared roast chicken dish, nicely complemented with a summer... More

You will be wonderfully pleased every time you dine at this restaurant! From the courteous staff, the great wine menu, the delicious food to the relaxed atmosphere, the owners have left nothing untouched! Nightly specials allow you to sway from your norm if you so choose but most likely you will find a favorite you will want to return for!!... More

What a gem of a menu! Diverse selection, perfectly cooked. We had three of our grandkids in tow, and while they do not shy from "different" foods, there was something to please us and them. The lamb was perfectly done and tasty..."out of this world," according to my husband. The Salmon was moist and the Thai noodle salad was excellent... More
