Salt and pepper lies in the center of Fira, just beside the main touristic walking gate. It is somewhat trafice outside, but we choosed to eat outside as we strongly try to avoid Airco condition when we can. It also turned out that the waitress was sick due to air condition, still she aloud us to sit outside and eat,... More

My favorite thing about this place was the mom and pop atmosphere. The husband cooked, the wife was the hostess and waitress. They were incredibly hospitable. We loved the sign that said "Slow Food!" as soon as we walked in. My wife had the meatballs, I had the catch of the day, which the owner brought out raw in the... More

We were staying in Firostefani whilst in Santorini and Salt & Pepper was about a 2 minute walk along the main road from Firostefani to Fira. We called in the afternoon to book a table for 6 people for the evening, which we are glad we did as the small place was full when we arrived. Upon arrival we sat... More

We had our last meal at Salt and Pepper. The hostess was lovely if a little eccentric! The food was delicious and they gave us complimentary bread, tzatziki, stuffed vine leaves, and ice creams which I thought was a lovely touch. Great value for money. Would recommend.

We spent a week on Santorini with our kids and it's a pitty we came to Salt & Pepper only at our last dinner. Best food on island, ingredients are sourced from local farmers and the owner used to work as a chef for a top hotel chain. The hostess is from Georgia and the service was just superb! We... More

We ate at salt & pepper last week & the food was really good. As others have said make sure you book as whilst I was waiting for my food about 5-6 couples were turned away for not having a booking. Irene who does that waitress side of things was very funny but as others have said she can be... More

On recommendation from a friend (with help from Trip Advisor) popped in early evening. Lucky to get a table & had an amazing meal. So good booked for 2 nights later and was not disappointed. Host Irene turned away many guests who had not booked. Attention to detail in meal and little extras (complimentary dolmades & later ice cream) cherry... More

I learned about Salt & Pepper thanks to Trip Advisor. As advised, I made a reservation and thank God for that. The restaurant is small and located opposite the cliffside, so don't expect amazing views. You're there for the great service and fantastic food. The owner, I think her name is Irene, was also our waitress. She was sweet, funny... More
