Pelican restaurant agreed to let us host a pre-wedding 'wine & cheese' night at their restaurant for our 80 guests to welcome them to the island. The staff were extremely accommodating and offered a vast array of greek wines and LOTS of food! They reserved half of their wonderful restaurant which is so beautifully surrounded by vine trees for us.... More

A lovely looking place- mixture between traditional and modern. Wonderful food a wine- service a little slow and meals do not come out at the sane time but a lively place and great food. The menu is varied and the wine varied with a cellar you can visit. Would reccomend.

After you have had enough sunset and view dinners and drink during your holiday in Santorini, head to Pelican in the middle of Thira town. It still has lovely atmosphere in more of a garden, winery-like setting. The service is very good and friendly. We were a very large group from a wedding the day before. All the food was... More

Beautiful sheltered garden setting under trailing vines. Food was great, recommend the lamb. Wine very good and well explained for a first night in Santorini, maybe a little pricey. Large measures for Bacardi and on the house liqueur to finish. Very relaxed atmosphere, we went on a very windy night, quite cold for May but it was so sheltered you... More

Lovely garden to escape the hot sun. Great selection of local and other cuisine. Prices reasonable. Definitely recommend.

We stopped here for lunch and were quite pleased. I actually thought our meals were reasonably priced and very well seasoned. The tourlou was particularly delicious and is highly recommended. The atmosphere makes for a quiet respite with a very pleasant indoor and outdoor seating area. Our service was average. If we had stayed longer, we would have come back.

The quality of the dishes are not happy with. Prices relatively expensive. The service is below average. There are better choices in Fira

I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough. The food was so memorable that I am still thinking of it 2 weeks later! In particular, the stuffed squid chosen by one of our party (of 4) was a work of art. Good quality/good value wine, coupled with superbly helpful service made this one of our best night in Fira, Santorini.

We went there after a wine tasting tour and liked it a lot. As we went in december, we had the restaurant for ourselves. Very well located, in Fira, with a lovely garden. Excellent tomato balls and "tourlou" in ceramic pot (eggplant, tomato, garlic, feta cheese). We liked these so much that we went twice. It is my second favourite... More
