Good hike up to summit of volcanic mountain. Wear comfortable shoes not sandles or jandles as all stones. Take swimming gear with you as they stop at some hot pools where you can have a swim.

After speaking to some locals we decided to eat at Flame of the Volcano. The food was everything they had said it would be, and the family atmosphere was heart warming. It was traditional Greek food, and probably one of the best meals I've ever had. We weren't rushed at all, and the owner's adorable son even helped serve us.... More

We stopped at this restaurant, by chance, for a couple of drinks after climbing the path from the harbour (off a cruise ship) and wandering around Fira for a while. Prices at other places had made us move on. We were greeted by the wonderfully friendly owner and told to ignore the menu prices we had been looking at. He... More

The food was great! The hospitality was better! Try a variety of entrees, it's worth it. Make sure you're really hungry.

Been here for lunch on both our visits to Santorini - and will continue to do so if we get to Santorini again. Marvelous views from this charming restaurant away from the busy part of town. Very generous host, superb food.

Recently visited and enjoyed in particular a lovely dish of Greek yogurt and honey, heavenly. We found this delightful restaurant whilst trying to escape the madding crowds when visiting the Island during a cruise. Well worth the climb, for the food, service and view.
