Amazing food.

The terrace was actually kind of disappointing, the look and feel of it wasn't very classy, but the food was amazing. Just amazing. Perhaps the restaurant looks better on the inside, but you should still go for the food!

Great food and the best view on the whole island! Lovely staff, but really its all about the view! Oia is a town to be admired by all, and this restaurant captured just a smidge of Santorini's beauty

If you ever find yourself in the busy streets of Oia on a warm August evening, and you're feeling up to a special treat, make sure you stop by 1800. The restaurant has an amazingly friendly staff, wonderful dishes rooted in Greek tradition with a modern twist and an amazing wine list. The fact that you can get all that... More

The thing that drew us to this restaurant was the fact that it was A) well-reviewed and B) the restaurant itself was an old ship captain's mansion. We ate on the roof and were treated so some of the best food we had while we were in Greece, in addition to a beautiful view. The service was great and we... More

Friends of us have been to Oia last year and experienced 1800's fine cuisine and the most beautiful sunset in the whole world! So, we followed their advice and booked a table at 1800 last June. Incredible view and extremely attentive service, with a perfectly trained staff. The Oia's sunset experience requires champagne and lots of cheers! A cold melon... More

Beautiful setting, attentive service, and well executed food from start to finish. We arrived early and were treated like royalty. I never mind filling my own wine or water glasses, but they did mind if I did. each time I would reach for the wine bottle, a server was there to finish the task, or make sure that I was... More

The restaurant is more innovative and professional than some of the other places in Oia. The menu is more creative, and the presentation is very nice. The rooftop deck has great views, and they have extensive indoor seating if the weather is not so nice. It is on the expensive side, even for Oia, but worthwhile for a special dinner.

Meal was nice but expensive and the portions were small. Very touristy based on a "great sunset view". Here is the catch, they are changing for a great view, but the great view can be had for FREE right outside of the hotel (at several different locations) and the then you can pick a good "locals" restaurant and get both... This is a nice establishment serving fine-dining cuisine. Service was good, food was very nice - notable mentions: the onion soup, the rabbit stew and the croaker, which is actually white fish. The pasta was so-so, good but not great. Overall bill was not cheap, but for the level of standard of service and food - acceptable. I would recommend... More
