My husband and I visited Greece and stopped in Athens, Mykonos and Santiorini. We fell in love with the islands. This restaurant is the best place to see the sunset and the service is impeccable. I would definitely recommend.

Great food with great customer service. The bar man was very friendly and gave us a couple of raki shots on the house. They had a great selection in terms of food and drink!! Definitely recommend.

We were welcomed with a nice free amuse bouche of minipittas and taramosalata. They had a seafood moussaka at 19.50 which was fantastic. The ordinary moussaka was ordinary. Very good service and hot food, unlike Pelikanos (see review). The Calamari and kleftidakis were okay, but the seafood moussaka was definitely the star of the show. Nice views too.

Had dinner here last week, we actually had a late reservation but showed up about 15 min before sunset and explained we were coming back later for dinner but did they perhaps have a table we could just grab a drink at and watch sunset? They were happy to accommodate (although I think they thought we were a little nuts... More

We, like everyone else, went for the view of the sunset. It is in a great position, perched on the very edge of Oia, however the view was somewhat less than we had imagined. We did ask for a table with a good sunset view when booking, and arrived in plenty of time, however those tables had apparently all been... More

Go for the view. Once. The food is good, but I wouldn't say great. I would recommend going about 30-60 minutes before sundown so you can set down and enjoy. Make sure you allow time to get through the crowd that pretty much blocks the little path waiting for the sun to go down.

My husband and I were staying in Oia for part of our honeymoon and we came here twice during our stay. This was our favorite restaurant in Oia due to the great staff, ambiance, and great food. I got the stuffed octopus both times and my husband got a seafood pasta the first time and a stuffed chicken roll the... More

We booked here for a birthday celebration whilst away due to the look/feel and the top 10 ranking. Unfortunately we were disappointing. The service was very average despite their mantra and high claims on their site and the food was OK but again nothing special. We had better food and service from the bustling restaurants in town so wouldn't recommend.... More

We sat outside, though the air was cooling, because it's traditional in Oia to watch the blazing orange sun dip into the Mediterranean--and then applaud the show! The wait staff were attentive and helpful. As I began to worry about being chilly, our waiter arrived with light blankets for round our shoulders! The menu offered a tantalizing selection, and we... We had dinner here at 7pm recently to see the sunset and enjoy Oia close to our hotel. I wasn't expecting too much from the food based on some of the reviews on here, and assumed that the high reviews were for the view, but I was wrong. It was the best meal I had in Oia, and only Metaxi... More
