We booked a table for dinner early in the day and the staff was nice to tell us to come 45 minutes to an hour before sunset for the best service. Many people on tripadvisor complain about the service but we had a great experience. I can see how if you came right at sunset there might be a problem... More

My boyfriend and I went to Ochre for our first dinner in Oia. We had heard of the beautiful view of the sunset and wanted to check it out. Indeed, the sunset was magical. But the food on the other hand wasn't incredible. It wasn't bad or anything (we both had the stuffed calamari) it just lacked a little "je... More

The cooking class I took at Ochre, as part of a Santorini Wine Tour, was one of the best experiences I've had while traveling, EVER! We spent 3 hours with the chef and his assistant and learned to make 5 complete dishes, each more succulent than the last! My favourites were his version of the tomatokeftedes (cheese and herbs, sandwiched... More

This restaurant undoubtably has one of the most amazing views of the Santorini sunset. The food, the service and the layout of the restaurant is however, honestly average. The food is the equivalent to Greek pub cuisine, the service was quick at the start of the night but slow when the restaurant became busy, and the tables were so close... More

We stumbled across this restaurant by accident, the friendly girl at the front was very welcoming without being too pushy. We took a table for two and had a great view of the sunset. Ochre is a very stylish and beautiful restaurant and the waiters were very attentive too, perhaps too attentive as at one stage I thought he was... More

I have written many reviews, and honestly I have never I wrote a negative one. This location has such a beautiful view and wonderful food, it is a shame that the service was absolutely one of the worst I have experienced. We were the first ones seated in our section, ordered well before anyone else and received our entrees more... More

I don't really understand why everyone is so strict with the service of this restaurant. I am glad I had dinner there and although I read some bad reviews about the slow service, I understood myself, that the service is normal at the time needed to enjoy your drink your appetizer and salad, the main dish and the desert. If... More

Out of a table of 4 on,y half enjoyed out meal. I was one of the lucky ones and had a delicious meal and cocktails. The place is very understaffed (not their fault) and therefore the service in the beginning is fast but once you have eaten is slow. The waiters run around like mad men which is funny to... More

All tables have a summer sunset view, and the food is good. We had a large table seating five, and we enjoyed the sun going down into the sea. Good selection of wines by the glass and reasonable prices.
