Staff and management were so accommodating. Our meal was great. We lingered and never felt rushed. Definitely worth the stopover.

This was my first experience of the Hard Rock Cafe phenomenon, although my wife had experienced it before. I loved it. We had a burger with fries each and a glass of wine. Cooked well, tasted great, especially the fries and the service was efficient. Altogether an impressive experience!

I have enjoyed Hardrock at several locations throughout America; this is my least favorite so far. The restaurant is very small and crowded. The burgers and fries were not cooked very well, and frankly did not look like good quality. The drinks we had were also sub-par for a restaurant with a full bar. And most of all, our waiter... More

The food was good but even better than the food was the service... We love America but we have struggled to find friendly faces and good service this trip... We have been coming to America for our holidays for over 20 years and one of the things that keep bringing us back is how friendly the people are.... Not this... More

It was not too noisy to talk, the food was good, and service was super-friendly. We had the artichoke dip with some cocktails, followed by local draft beer and hamburgers. All together this was not cheap, but freshly prepared and just fine.

You can walk right out of the Hard Rock Cafe to view the Falls (within about 1 block). The food is typical Hard Rock Cafe. Nothing over the top outstanding, but done very good and price is about average (considering your LOCATION). I found the bartenders, servers, and hostess to be quite friendly, and made our trip very enjoyable.

The food was GREAT. It was a family's gathering. IT was very noisy! Music was loud. (That is why it is called Hard Rock Cafe!). The service was fantastic! Soda/Pop was pricey. 4 bucks?!?!?! I was not happy about that at all. It is an expensive place BUT only go there for special occasion.
