This is to my mind the best restaurant in the village of New Paltz. There's a great lunch special, (with the best french fries I've ever had) and the waitresses have all been pleasant and efficient. My friends and I always order a large platter of mixed appetizers- it's easily enough dinner for two and delicious. The rice pudding is... More

The most amazing Turkish red lentil soup can be found here, at this sweet little place on Main Street in New Paltz. The food is superb and the staff is welcoming and attentive. There is something for everyone, including a range of native vegetarian dishes. Upon my return to New Paltz after a 2 month trip, all I could think... More

We were the only customers for lunch and waited about an hour for our meals. That is a big drawback, especially when we just wanted to grab lunch and continue on our road trip up north. Also when we were there the fryer wasnt working and they were out of several menu items (rice was one of those items). However,... More

We were looking for someplace to eat and saw this Turkish Resturant so we gave it a try, wonderful food! We started out with the Hummus, absolutly delicious. I had the Lamb Sish sandwich on Pita, very good. My wife had a Lamb & Beef Taco, also wonderful. Everything we had was fresh top middle eastern food. The only issue... More

This place rocks…it is on my top 5 favorites for the Hudson Valley area. A must try if you are ever in New Paltz.

We eat in Anatolia at least 12 times a year, stopping in this cute college town while on our way back to NYC from points north. Although the kitchen is slow, the food is worth the wait. My husband and i both usually order the swordfish dinner, which comes with a nice little salad and a a choice of grains.... More

Best falafel sandwich you'll ever have. Nicely appointed restaurant; spotlessly clean. Very good food for the value. Sometimes they could use a little bit more staff. But go in and order the falafel sandwich or have an order of their French fries. Both are excellent.in this college town, its nice to find a quiet little restaurant to sit and enjoy.

Anatolia serves delicious Turkish food and plenty of it. We had a bit of a wait for the cold appetizer we ordered but our waitress was apologetic and the tasty treat made up for the delay. The entrees are plated beautifully and the portions are very generous. The room is cheerful, warm and relaxed. If you are looking for a... More

Thought we'd try something different while spending our day in New Paltz. So we decided to take our chances on lunch at Anatolia's. Really was an interesting choice. I had a salmon panini, and my partner had a sausage panini. The blend of spices and salmon, feta cheese and red peppers on what tasted like homemade flat bread was just... More

Four of us(2 couples) walked by this place and checked out the menu. It sounded pretty good so we decided to try it for dinner. We were not disappointed! Our server was incredibly friendly and attentive. The flavors were perfect and the portions were WAY larger than I expected! Be careful not to order too many appetizers because the entrees... More
