Great service. The lunch buffet has plenty of variety. The menu offerings are extensive. The flavors are wonderful especially the humms! The lamb kebobs were also quite tasty. Made for a great meal to end our business trip.

Best Middle East Restaurant in Central New Yok. George, the owner always comes to greet us upon arrival (I'm crippled) and check on us after each dish is consumed. The waitresses, Yelena and Nadia are the epitome of excellent service and courtesy. The food is superb and the wines from Lebanese vineyards, especially "Ksarah" is excellent. Best place to celebrate... More

The Phoenician is a casual restaurant located in an older, bungalow type home. Three small dining areas make for a homey feel. First, let me state that the food is consistently delicious. Kabobs and other Mediterranean delicacies are created by an adept husband/ wife team in the kitchen. If you happen to be there on a Saturday night try the... More

Was recommended to try out this restaurant by one of my colleagues. Took a day trip just for the drive, some shopping, then ended off the day with an excellent experience at this restaurant. Decor is average, casual atmosphere. Service was excellent, waiter attentive. Appetizers were large portions, and we were pretty much full after our appetizers. Was expecting perhaps... More

The Phoenician serves freshly made authentic Lebanese dishes. The lunch buffet is awesome all week long. The Wednesday nite buffet is my favorite because I love the lentil dip! Some people may be expecting more attentive service but it's family owned & operated and they treat you like family - you come in, find a seat, eat & visit -... More

Loved it here! The food was great with endless pita bread. I definitely would suggest getting the kebab and instead of having a salad pay a little more for an appetizer. Something like labneh or hummus which is great with the pita bread. Service was pretty good and the atmosphere was cozy.

After only one visit it's hard to get really excited about this place. The food was fresh, authentic and very reasonable. There just seems to be a disconnect between the staff and customers. The waitress was there but not really part ofthe experience. The hummus was great as was the lamb. The rest was good but seemed to just miss... More

M-F noon buffet and Wednesday evenings. Expensive lunch @ 12 with tax , dinner a few dollars more BUT what you get for that is delicious , tasty grilled chicken, lamb and beef., rice, salads, grape leaves and so much more. Ordering off the menu is ok, too. One of my go to places for great service and food.

I especially love the buffet because it's a real bargain. One can eat all the chicken, pork, beef, hummus tabouli, etc. that one wants. One can build one's own salad, including Greek-style olives. I always follow up with Baklava (honey, nut and filo pastry, which is extra. They also serve beer, including Saranac, which is a must for some of... More

We went to the restaurant when visiting a family member at Hamilton College, as students raved about the place. To say they were right is an understatement. The food is amazing!!! Nothing fancy, but simple, middle eastern comfort food ... Like my grandmother used to make!! And so reasonably priced. Service is more like visiting with friends, as George the... More
