We arrived right at 5 pm and laughed because people were running for the door to enter, not exit... Even though it was crowded, we were seated immediately and our waitress took our drink order right away. This restaurant is very efficient in that there is no lag in between appetizers, salads, main course. We had village greens, which were... More

The food is good and the restaurant and bar very nice. Can be crowded at times and the wait a little too long. My favorites are the Georgio Greens and Pasta with Vodka Sauce.

The menu has great options and often there are great nightly specials. If you're in town and looking for authentic Italian, this is the place.

You will not be disappointed. The food is excellent. There are 2 types of greens that are amazing. I am hooked on the pasta viola. I have tried almost all menu items and they are all great. The service is excellent. They do not take reservations so be prepared to wait but the wait is well worth it.

great food; atmosphere is pleasant but 'noisy' due to poor acoustics. outdoor seating when weather permits.

I have recently been on a restaurant tour of the Utica area, and I must say that our lunch today was the best. The village greens were phenomenal! They had the right mix of greens/sweet peppers/prosciutto/ bread crumbs, not too soggy because of the greens and peppers, not too dry because there were too much bread crumbs. The chunks of... More

Our first attempt to eat here was quickly aborted due to a wait of over an hour; we were all too hungry. Our second visit started with a 45 minute wait but we were better prepared. We enjoyed drinks at the bar despite the bartender seeming grumpy and rushed. (We overheard him tell a server that if she ordered another... More

This week was the first time we'd been back to Georgio's since their remodel. Love the new decor - cozy, warm, love the exposed brick and the lighting. I went last night with a few girlfriends - I'm not a huge fan of greens, but a friend said the Greens Spinelli were very very good... OMG we ordered them and... More

Absolutely the best Italian in the Utica area. Portions are huge, staff is friendly, and food is delicious. One of the few places that is always consistent, never have had a bad (or anything but fantastic) meal.

A lovely small restaurant with very little waiting time on a Friday night. I had the shrimp scampi on eggplant. Delicious except for the canned mushrooms. Good wine, good service, nicely priced
