We were staying at Ecce and lost our way to this restaurant after already moving our reservation from 7:30 to 8:30. We called the restaurant in desperation at 9 and explained where we were. Although they close at 9:30 they directed our party of 8 to their restaurant knowing that we were at least 45 minutes away. Upon arrival at... More

I had dinner there twice in one week! Everything was excellent ! During the week you can just go, but for the weekend you definitely need a reservation ! Gerard came always to talk with us, to check how is the food . Nice terrace , possible to sit outside !

This is one of the main reasons to go to Narrowsburg. This sandwich is worth traveling for 1/2 an hour. We are also partial to his squash blossoms and his artichokes. The Italian food is quite good, but I generally don't go to Narrowsburg for good in red gravy. Recently went across the street to the Heron and now have... More

The atmosphere is cozy and the food is both yummy and elegant. The chef came out both nights we visited as we were there at the end of the evening. The staff and chef were diligent about allergies and children's idiosyncratic eating habits. We particularly enjoyed their homemade sorbets in flavors that each combined an herb with a fruit. I... Friendly service; good food; impressed by a willingness to serve half orders. All of this in a welcoming atmosphere.

Once again Gerard's doesn't disappoint! It was a lovely summer evening and the patio was open for dining. The waitress was charming and very patient since everything is always so good and we couldn't make up our minds. Finally, we ordered the double lobster tails, chicken and sausage with linguine, and roasted chicken. My friends had endive stuffed with feta... More

Hidden in the quiet town of Nsrrowsberg, NY is Gerard's. All the food is fresh. A veal lover's dilight. The veal with cream porcini mushrooms is so tender that you don't need a knife. The trout is local and heavenly. The wine list is amazingly complete for such a remote area. A true family effort. A don't miss opportunity.
