The view and the locations are maybe the most beautiful i've been in my life. Never enjoyed a dinner so much because of the view. I have no words, I am gonna cry just remembering the stunning Atlantic Sea in from of my eyes. Even the fight between a woman and his husband in front of us in the middle... More

We were told by some of the locals in Montauk that the Inlet Seafood Restaurant was a " must do" while in town. We called for reservations but they did not take reservations. The wait time was an hour an half on a Thursday Night,. The drive from the center of town is about 4.5 files. It is off of... More

We were looking forward to a delightful lunch overlooking the water. Unfortunately our waitress appeared to have an attitude. My sister has several food allergies and when she nicely asked for a few simple substitutions our waitress was not at all accommodating. After some insistence on our part, she finally made one substitution but charged us an outlandish price for... More

This restaurant doesn't take reservations so if you get there around 8, be prepared to wait awhile. My family showed up at 6 pm on Sunday and we were seated immediately. The atmosphere is beautiful. We were able to watch the sunset over the water which was priceless. Now onto the meal....our family of 8 had just about everything on... More

We had an early dinner at Inlet last Friday night. We were immediately seated at an outdoor table at our request. For starters we had the Caesar salad and dumplings, both good. Main course was chicken Milanese, pounded chicken, crispy fried topped with a lightly dressed salad and seafood fra diablo, spicy shrimp, mussels and clams over linguine, we asked... More

What a fun seafood restaurant, overlooking lake montauk and the gut out to the bay. I ate flounder which was still quivering from having just been caught and cooked. The Beloved had an ahi tuna dish which was cooked perfectly black and blue. they make a terrific martini. they have Peroni beer. the world is perfect. I notice that one... More

The only reason to go to The Inlet is to watch the sunset from the row of outdoor chairs that face west, from the outdoor deck or through the expanse of windows in the dining areas. The food is ordinary at best. The sushi rolls are puny offerings, the Caesar salad quite good and the salmon over a bed of... More

I found this restaurant using my Trip Advisor app while we spend the day in Montauk on vacation. The atmosphere was lovely, as we had a table outside with a panoramic view of the water and boats. I ordered an ice water and a cup of hot water for tea. When the ice water arrived, my glass had a perfect... More

Came here for a mid week lunch and really enjoyed the food and service. My wife had the pasta special which was linguine with shrimp and spinach, I had the Goat cheese salad, my two guests had the goat cheese salad with fried shrimp and one other had Montauk Sushi Rolls. Everything was very good. We sat outside in the... More

Summer weekday dining at Inlet Seafood...we no sooner placed our order when our appetizers arrived followed by entrees. All in 20 minutes! No exaggeration. (In addition, the soup was watered down.) Rushed, turn-the-tables greed.
