Met a friend here with my Dad for lunch. Passed bye this place many times and never gave it a second thought. But I am now happy to have been invited to go there. We all had one of the daily specials and all of our meals were terrific. Service was great as we went during a slower time of... More

Driving past the 200 plus cars parked alongside Surf Lodge and feeling glad to be decades north of my Twenties, it was a quiet pleasure to swing into the parking lot of The Dock. It was shortly after 7pm on a Sunday and we easily scored a corner table for two. The atmosphere was wonderfully gloomy, nautical, and unpretentious. Real... More

We wanted just a lunch place and this was it. The burgers are really good. It's a saloon/bar type of place, but it was good. It's not really kid friendly so if you have children, I would look elsewhere.

This restaurant is as real as it comes to fisherman's land that is Montauk NY! From the fresh catch to the great prices, this place has it all! The mussels in particular are a heaping serving! Try the nachos if you're looking for a yummy crispy appetizer! Tip: get the bud draft it's priced great!

Great burgers, muscles, fish, sandwiches, etc. always reliable. Locals there, often at the bar. Very casual but good service. The waitresses have been there as long as I can remember. The only thing I ever ordered that disappointed was pasta. It's a dark place that I find very comfortable because I like local joints like this with good food.

Local pub, where I am sure a bunch of the fisherman from up the block grab a pint and a bite on a regular basis. Not expensive, simple food that is so very fresh and taste great. The shrimp bisque and the yellow fin tuna melt were delicious, and from what I was told is a go to for some... More

It's about as authentic as you can get in Montauk, located right by the commercial fishing dock in Montauk - local fishermen hangout at the bar which is dark even on a sunny day and is decorated with a mix of taxidermied creatures and other curiosities. Service is great. This is a local spot but if you stay off your... More

I keep coming back because the mussels are so awesome and not to mention HUGE. I come here for my lunch break and can barely make a dent. But the fresh garlic and herbs are so wonderful and the broth is always piping hot. I definitely will branch out next time so I don't over do it with the mussels,... More

I have been coming to this restaurant for decades. The food is excellent, far better than you might expect judging from the exterior. However, this is not the place for everyone. When they say they don't want this behaving children or cell phones, they do mean it. Also, the bar section, which is mostly locals, can get crowded and noisy.... More
