Great views, good drinks, average food.

Haven't been here in years and we were really looking forward to some good seafood. The fried seafood platter was disappointing; we all agreed it would be better broiled, but they do not offer it that way. I grilled some frozen Matlaws stuffed clams the next day, my sister in law said they were... read more

Decided to come here to have local fish as sushi. The waitress wouldn't take our order without us giving the number off of the menu. Even an order of salmon and avocado roll she couldn't take without a number off the menu. Finally I wanted to order what I had come for: fresh striped bass. The quintessential fish of Montauk.... We enjoyed the views of the water and boats leaving and entering the harbor. Clams were fresh and chilled. Enjoyed the Lobster Roll although a little more salad than lobster pieces. Delicious french fries! Great catch of the day (Fluke) first tacos. Good and enjoyable lunch!

Not much more to say here except: GOOD VIEW GREAT SERVICE AND FRESH FOOD... This week went back to back for dinner. Definitely a good place to grab a few things and share plus some bottles of rosé... Tip: don't tell the hostess you're there for apps and drinks, she'll make you sit at bar which isn't the best of... More

Pricey! We stopped to have some clams and a beer and to enjoy the water. The view was great. The food was pricey.

My wife and I and some friends had lunch at this cafe upstairs with a fantastic view. We had fresh seafood and drinks. We loved it and will return upon our next visit to the area. The location is on the water, and within a small shopping village.

Gosman's isn't a very touristy place....with shops and places to knock around and take in the atmosphere. There are several dining choices. We have tried them all. Usually the views are better than the food. The menus are usually the same from year to year. On a rainy afternoon, we spent some time walking around the shops and decided to... More

We ate Topside, adults only bar. Lobster caprese with fresh mozzarella and tomatoes was beyond delicious, with claw meat, not little shreds of lobster. Great view of the harbor entrance and just a short walk to the beach at sunset. Good fresh fish, good service.

Went Topside and enjoyed the location ( and breeze after a hot day). We both had shrimp cocktail and lobster rolls, washed down with dry white wine. Service was very friendly and efficient. Prices what you would expect for a prime location. A great first night in Montauk !

I ordered lunch, a lobster salad. The six microscopic pieces of lobster were covered in fat dripping batter and cheap pungent tasting bottled sauce. it was impossible to taste any lobster. I could have been eating cat for all you could taste. At $26 it was robbery. And all of this sitting next to the water in the fishing capital... More
