There was a announcement in the East Hampton Star that ENE had a new chef and we thought we would give it another chance. They have a new menu, with a couple of their signature dishes still on it, and we ordered their duck tacos and a broccoli salad for appetizers, and a sushi combo and tile fish as entrees.... More

The sushi was fantastic, presentation and flavor very fresh. An expediter is very much needed, we waited 1 hour for our food to arrive. The waitress kept comming by the table to say our meal was getting plated up. Yea right!

This restaurant has excellent sushi, but doesn't seem to have their act together with service. My 3 table mates had all finished their dinner before mine was even served. This after many pleas to the wait staff to ask what had happened to my sushi platter. The table next to ours was a couple where the wife had already finished... More

In a nutshell, I was not at all impressed with the food, let alone the accompanying prices. I went one more time to give it a second chance. Both visits left me trying to figure out what to order because both times they were out of my first two choices. Limited options unless you like rare types of meats. Not... More

This is also on Fort Pond, but they have small plates and smaller portions than Harvest. Again, just delicious food and a beautiful view!

We purposely sat at a table by the window to watch the sunset. We ordered a bottle of wine and three courses, expecting a long, romantic dinner. Another empty table for 2 next to us was soon occupied by a mother and teenage son. Mother no sooner sat down when she asked for the air to be turned off because... More

The food is average with a big bias towards Sushi. Was really looking forward to a great fish restaurant but was very disappointed. Service indifferent , take it or leave it. attitudes. No knowledge of the wines. Very noisy crowd at the bar who were allowed to shout and scream unchecked. Will not go back

This place has it all...,Wonderfully eclectic & diverse menu. Hard not to want to try everything. Service is good and the view is charming. Couldn't really find anything not to like including bathrooms that were very very clean. One of the finest higher end far east cuisine dining establishments we have ever been to. Really Good!!! More formal and not on the water like some of the busier and more casual restaurants in Montauk, the East by Northeast restaurant seemed a bit less relaxed and more like a hotel restaurant than a fun beach spot. While the cuisine is interesting and well prepared (Asian fusion-style), the restaurant needs to improve service and lighten up a bit....... More

Come a bit before sunset; the cuisine used to be a bit more Asian, but the food is still very good. Nice service from friendly staff.
