We offer organic produce and groceries, cosmetics, vitamins and herbs, as well as a full service breakfast and lunch menu. After eating out for the majority of our family vacation, it was nice to have a healthier breakfast on the way to the airport! I had a eggs with rice, avocado, salsa - it was awesome!! And would for sure have it again - my boys split the pancakes and they devoured them. Good coffee, good juice options - overall... More

The daily specials are always worth checking out. If you're in a rush, go for the pre made salads underneath the register. Yellowfin tuna salad, peanut soba noodles, and cucumber cashew dip are my favorites :)

Always wanted to go to Montauk. Had no idea what to expect, we have been to a number of coastal towns in the States and found them lacking. Montauk was such an unexpected positive surprise. This is all due to places like this. Fresh, organic food...And great service.

Excellent food and a great seating area in the back. The lines and food can be slow but well worth the wait. They do a great job. The kids don't like the food but the adults do! The staff is generally nice. Prices are reasonable.

The food is always fresh and healthy ingredients is used in all the preparation, they serve other condiments to go that is hard to find locally. It is definitely on of the two best health food stores in Montsuk and worth traveling to Montauk just to stop by and have lunch? Coming from a local who lives here.... that is... More

Really love the vegetarian options here! Always get the Lauren's go to sandwich. Food quality is always fresh and I've been here dozens and dozens of times the past two years. The guacamole is also very good!

You chose excellent items to comment on. The guacamole is one of our most popular items and sells out before noon almost EVERY DAY. And I created the Go To sandwich with hummus, avocado, tomato, sprouts and hot sauce. You clearly have great taste! Thanks for the kind review. Lauren More
