The Backyard Restaurant is inspired by a healthy approach to diet and lifestyle – but not obsessive in its goal. We are all about good, wholesome, fresh, natural ingredients and sources (organic meats and vegetables from the local farmer’s markets, fresh catch from the local fishermen). But we can make a pretty nifty drink too.
