Good food…ok service

The food here is really good. I've been going here for years. The service is ok. Nicki is an amazing bartender and waitress, but everyone else is just ok. The gumbo is decent for New York, but the stars of the menu are the New Orleans Nachos and the Blackened Chicken Sandwich.

Bourbon Street has a great Happy Hour each day - try it and you'll agree. Food is also very good. Had the Gumbo and it was delicious.

We ordered an appetizer plate, boiled crawfish, jambalaya, blackened steak & a cajun burger. All were tasty, although I prefer more spice. The wontons on the app plate were different, but I probably wouldn't get them again.

First, the service is amazing. You aren't just a customer you are treated as family when you walk in by the owners. I came with a group of friends Second, the food was as isolately great! We had three of They had a great vegetarian option. I got the vegetable jambalaya and it was delicious! I would also reccomend anything... More

Great place to have some fun with friends. The staff was very friendly and they have a great beer selection.

Always great to find a place that has a good selection of craft beer on tap instead of just three light beers, Budweiser, and maybe Blue Moon or Stella as their "good" beers. Food was excellent as well. Can't beat the gumbo or the Cajun fries. Staff was friendly and welcoming to a first time visitor.

I'll start by saying the space even after the last renovation is dark and gloomy. The service is deplorable and when asked to speak to a manager i had spoken to sara the owners wife who was even more rude and argumentative than the server.. The food was awful and you can't exchange it not return exchange.. stay away from... More

This place is just rotten; its atmosphere is the very worst one I have ever encountered. Most people coming to this place are full of malice. I am sure the background of any one of them is utterly despicable. Charlie, one of the bartenders, is a two-faced and, of course, a very evil person. To cut the long story short,... More
