When I first arrived at the Old Erie I was greeted by a young beautiful woman named Molly, she greeted me with a nice smile and very friendly. I was taken to my table by the friendly owner. My server was Maria she was great. I tipped her very well I hope she got something nice for herself. This is... More

The atmosphere sucks; its like one huge room. Depending on who you get, the service can be excellent or just so-so The food is pretty good; not excellent but pretty good. Menu selection is tremendous I would say this place is a few steps above Tony's in quality and service Hate the atmosphere, though

A hotel employee recommended this restaurant. So glad she did. The atmosphere is top notch. Very beautiful decor. The meals were huge and we took home lots of leftovers. Stay away from the chain restaurants in the area..this is the real deal...

Went in on Saturday for lunch. The dining area doesn't open until 4 so we sat in the bar area. Choices: at the bar or small (patio sized) tables against the wall. Menu was average, my husband's menu was missing the main lunch page. Appetizer (calamari) was good, sauce too heavy, but who needs sauce? Waited a long time for... More

I always love to find a place that the locals frequent, it's usually amazing. As a female traveling alone, going in and sitting at the bar means that I had confidence in the atmosphere, and it did not disappoint. The bar tenders were friendly and the patrons polite and cordial. I was disappointed there was no local craft brew on... More

I went to the Old Erie Grille for a business diner. We started with some appetizers that were very tasty. We then had a buffet with an excellent prime rib as well as chicken marsala ! We were upstairs in a a separate room. Staff is really friendly. My colleagues also appreciated the diner. Dessert are very large !

I was pleasantly surprised to learn how good the food is here and how reasonable the prices are. I had the pasta with sausage & broccoli rabe that was cooked al dente, as I had ordered it. I hate when you ask for firm pasta and they assure you that they will make it al dente and then it comes... More
