For a different lunch stop by this open air drive in playing 50s music with waitresses on roller skates. It was such fun I forgot to notice the food but it must be good. We try to make it a stop every year with the kids!

This is just a neat little classic drive-in near Chautauqua Institution. Food is pretty typical fare and the music, running video, etc. are definitely a throwback. You might even see a waitress on roller skates. The open air seating is terrific on a cool summer evening.

The only thing missing at the Redline are troller skates on the waitresses, but they make up for it with speedy service. A full menu right out of the 50s and 60s with burgers, fries and onion rings at the top of the list. A few salads and other sandwiches dot the menu, but this is ground beef territory so... More

Redline is an old-timey drive-in that does burgers, fries, onion rings and the like very well indeed. The outside tables were full, and we were comfortable at an inside table on this beautiful day. Lots of 50's memorabilia adorned the walls, and one waitress was very smooth on skates. Service was prompt and friendly. We all had burgers, of course,... More

Quite expensive for a burger or sandwich for lunch. Less then a half basket of greasy onion rings for $5.50. One notch up from fast food for double the price.

If you are in the mood for a burger then look no farther. From time to time I want a burger and when you visit the Redline Drive-In you get a "BURGER"! Though at one end the price may seem high in comparison to Wendy's or some other fast food restaurant but what you receive in return is a magnificent... More

The servers are on roller skates like the 50's and you sit on seats out of old cars. The burgers are huge and you can even order old fashioned milk shakes.

I brought my two grandsons for lunch. Not busy at the time. Service was ok, took a long time to be greeted, but the sweet girls on skates were so very nice. The boys ate alt meals. Chicken steps and a burger with fries. I had the battered onion rings. Delicious. Quite expensive about $40, however the food is good... More

This is a nice place. It has the cool 50's vibe and the food and service are good. However, I come from Chicago where dining out is expensive and uniformly worth the price. This place is way overpriced for the quality and quantity of the food. I am not sure why they charge so much, maybe for the kitsch value.

We were camping at Chautauqua Lake in the summer and drove by Redline Drive In several times so decided to try it one night with our friends who we were camping with. 12 of us in total, 6 adults, 6 kids ranging from 4 - 11 years old. We were all super happy with our meals. The milkshakes were great... More
