Yummy Authentic Italian Food!

I was a little nervous about eating here after reading some of the really bad reviews. We ate here last night. We were a party of 10 and we were all very happy with our meals...and we are Italian, so we know good food! The meatballs were some of the best I've ever had...almost as good as my Mom's... read more

Made reservations for a saturday evening. Had to park three blocks away from the place unless I wanted the valet to do the same thing for me. Valets had untagged cars illegally parked in the handicapped spots. About the reservations? I don't know why I bothered. Made reservations, and an hour and 20 minutes later still had yet to be... Slightly above average place. Kinda loud. If you're hungry this is the place. They used to have a singer who walked around while you ate. Entertaining. We went on a night he wasn't singing. It's much better when he is

Decided to give Ciao Baby another chance since they remodeled. Should have known right off the bat with only 4 tables filled that this might have been a mistake. My husband and I ordered hot wings for appetizer...they brought BBQ wings and had to be sent back. I ordered the ossobucco and my husband ordered the skirt steak. They brought... More

Writing this review while I'm still at the restaurant. We ordered clams and they were gritty and had too much bread. I had the grandmas eggplant lasagna which looked great but was barely warm. My wife had the braised ribs with mushroom risotto and eggplant. Again it looked great and tasted great but again barely warm. Very noisy atmosphere and... More

Just ok. Very crowded and also very noisy and the food is not all that great. The portions are huge and the prices are pretty reasonable

We've eaten here several times. I love the Gemili - pasta, crumbled sausage & brocolli rabe. My husband doesn't have a favorite dish, so I get to try all different things off his plate each time we come, all have been good. I've been here with family (and kids), friends, and date night with my husband. Service has always been... More

My wife and I decided to return to CIAO BABY in Massapequa, Long Island. We had been there before with friends last July of 2013. We ordered the stuffed pasta, Nonna’s old world meat platter. The food was really good, and everyone enjoyed themselves. This time it was like walking into McDonalds, or Chucky Cheese. There were shrieking kids in... More

Food mediocre, service is so-so. Overpriced. Also went there for a Mother's Day Brunch. Very poor choices, service poor and unfriendly, way too expensive for the few choices of dishes, especially so early in the day. Will not be going back again.
