When I arrived at the Nautilus I noticed it wasn't very busy. It was about 3:30 in the afternoon. The waiter took about 10 minutes before he came over to ask if I wanted anything to drink. it took him another 10 minutes to come back with my soda. I asked questions about the chicken souvlaki that I wanted to... More

We had lunch with cousins who live nearby. They love the Nautilus. Sorry, we did not. The portions are large and nothing we had was bad. But nothing was excellent, either. That would have been fine if we had not had our expectations raised. Go there thinking it is just a diner, though cleaner than most and more comfortable than... More

Nautilus Diner is a classic New York diner, and we're always happy to visit when we're in the Larchmont area. It's a big place with plenty of booths and large tables, appropriate for both small and large groups. The menu is similar to most other diners, with a huge menu and breakfast always available. On our most recent visit we... More

prices are a little higher than other diners, but it's worth it here. It's not worth it at City Limits, but it is here. Wasn't in the mood to pay to park at the Original Pancake House, so Nautilus it was. I was hankering for lobster bisque, but they only have it on Friday. Had an excellent crab cake Benedict... More

We have dined here many times and the place is always busy. A few months ago we took our cousins here for lunch and they said that they had never seen a menu with so many selections. The entrees portion sizes are of a nice size and very good in taste. The staff is friendly and we have gotten to know... More

We had breakfast there while in the area on business. It's a huge diner, and the menu is just as huge. Reasonably priced with a good selection for breakfast. Very accommodating in terms of making substitutions, etc. The wait staff seemed to know half of the people who came in, and treated them wonderfully - had conversations with older patrons,... More

In the course of travelling up east, my wife and I (and the occasional relative) wound up in four diners over three days. Who could have predicted? Alas, this one was the weakest of the lot. In for lunch during a busy day, the first impressions were favorable. I like a traditional diner layout, with a train-car booth and counter... More

This is your classical dinner. The menu goes on for pages allowing youth have breakfast at 2 AM or lunch at 10 AM. Varied and basically good. I liked the spinach pie. Definitely had the Greek spices and flavor.

By far the best of the several diners located on Boston Post Road from New Rochelle to Port Chester. It has the complete diner menu with everything from snacks to full-course meals and you can get breakfast 24 hours a day. For the basics, you can't go wrong.
