I was raised in Lowville and Lloyd's has always been there. Went to visit family last year and ate at Lloyd's (breakfast). Just as good as when I was a kid.

Good food, great prices, friendly waitress. Breakfast was definitely for the "big eater", but I really enjoyed what I was able to get down!

This is a classic trailer diner, and the food was amazing. It's tucked between a monuments place and a fast food drive-thru. They are cash only, but there is a bank right across the street with an ATM. The waitstaff are very welcoming and talkative. I ordered dinner for myself and some food to go, and I couldn't believe how... More

I love this place for their food and their prices. Just a couple dollars more than a meal at McDonalds. Nice portions and if you love breakfast you can order it all day long. My only complaint is that the table is a little small and is easily crowded once drinks and plates are brought to you. I would recommend... More

EGGS ....What more can I say is that Lloyd's has a bunch of happy go lucky patrons, that seem to park there butts up on a stool and don't move off unless the staff pokes them with a cattle prod. I and the wife and kid went to the diner for a early morning breakfast this past Saturday. The waitress... More

Recent trip to NY state, four of us had breakfast here. Place was full, but it didn't take long before we had a booth. Four of us each ordered different food. Pancakes are the size of a dinner plate. Eggs cooked perfect. Oatmeal was just like I cook at home. Coffee was a bottomless mug. Toast was done just the... More

When I am visiting family in Lowville, we always head to Lloyd's for breakfast. The blueberry pancakes will cover your plate and eggs are cooked right every time. It really is just a old-fashioned little diner, but I have found these style diners to have the best breakfasts!

Nothing special, a little on the greasy side but worth stopping for on your way between Lowville and Turin.

Except for a couple of newer items such as an ice maker, this diner probably looks just as it did in the middle of the last century. We stopped in for lunch and sat at the counter, since booth seating required a wait. We had a perfect view of the staff in action. The short-order cook was an artist at... More

Lloyds is a small 1939 vintage diner that is a genuine step back in time. The menu is average for a diner. They were out of sandwich steak so four of us had burgers that were all fresh and good. My haddock dinner was tasty and filling. The decor and restrooms were very basic. Overall the experience was average. You... More
