I came to The Cellar for dinner on 9/13/14. I was dining alone and chose a seat at the bar. The bartender was friendly and attentive. She gave me a menu and reviewed the evenings specials with me. I chose the fillet mignon with pan fried brussels sprouts and smashed potatoes. I was given a small warm loaf of garlic... More

Great spot with a good variety of menu items. Chicken entrees, pizza and fish tacos. All were well prepared and served promptly. Manhattan and martinis were well prepared and festively served.

Situated in a ranch style building with a bar, pool table and eating area adjacent to one another. Not much for ambience. Service was friendly, but not very professional. Servers complaining about being tired and were eating behind the bar. Enjoyed a very tasty steak sandwich here and a nice draft.

I have visited The Cellar three times, excellent food, varied and sophisticated. A surprising experience in tiny Long Lake!

For years we have been vacationing in Long Lake and have never eaten at the Cellar before this most recent trip. Now we are saying to ourselves, what took us so long? We had dinner here on a Sunday evening and the place had a comfortable crowd. We sat at the bar and the bar tender's sevice was excellent. My... More

We have been coming to Long Lake for years now and eaten here many times. The last time we ate here, I ordered a fish dinner, which supposedly included tartar sauce. The waitress did not bring it so I asked her for it. When paying our bill, I noticed that I was charged an additional amount for the tartar sauce.... More

We struggle every year over increasing prices vs trying to cut costs to keep prices the same. When our vendor prices our meals we have a specific list of what is included for the listed price. If someone wants more then what is included we do add a charge for that individual instead of raising the prices across the board... More

We visited for an early dinner. It was fairly full so the service was a bit slow. Food was very tasty with nice portion sizes. Try the breadsticks!

My hubby and I called here for an evening supper whilst camping locally. It's a busy little spot but we managed to get a seat as we arrived about 7 pm after the rush. Good service and the fish and chips were good. Nothing fancy, but then this is way out in the country in the Adirondacks.

We have been coming to this place for many years when we vacation in Long Lake. We became very concerned when we saw the negative comment so we asked our local friends and they told us the place was still great as ever. They were right, we had the blackened Tiliapia with succotash and the Lime Chicken, both new items... More

OMG,…What happened to this place? It was SO good, and now the menu is tiny, the execution of a simple burger was a complete hatchet job. Over cooked burger, (it was supposed to be mediun rare!), separated blue cheese crumbles, with a plastic tomato, spines of romaine on a stale brioche. The fries looked like frozen supermarket fries people cook... More
