Fortunately, this bakery is on a corner between the subway and where my family spent a few nights recently in Astoria. What a treat! We liked the variety of the products and the friendliness of the staff. Worth a stop!

If you are in the City, it’s worth making the trip to Astoria to find this place, they are right underneath the Broadway stop of the Elevated Train (N or Q). It’s been in the hands of the same Italian family for 60+ years and it makes wonderful Italian bread, in later years modernized by adding different specialty breads on... More

This is a great neighborhood bakery. I tried a number of things, but liked the white and dark chocolate Florentines the best. The service is fast and friendly, even though they see many people each day.

It's a small joint, but always very fast and always excellent! I recommend the seeded bread and the cashew biscotti. :)

I stop in Parisi nearly every day for coffee / iced coffee. The staff is always so friendly and pleasant. I frequently complement my coffee with the anisette Biscotti - light and delicious - not the imitation type found in so many modern-day cafes - the type that could be used as hand weights while jogging. I occasionally buy pastries... More

The Best Bread in Astoria Buy 2 Loaves cause if you catch it coming out of the oven and it is nice and warm and crusty one of them is not going to make it home! This bread is like a meal!
