The menu is filled with choices of homemade pastas and sauces, but you are able to order your meal exactly as you wish. It was enjoyable to be in a nice restaurant without any pretense or stuffiness. Our extended family, including two children, were made to feel right at home and the servers pleasantly interacted with us throughout the meal... More

This is a great place, very traditional, all homemade. We started with the lobster bisque which was great, then I had the Gnocchi which was out of this world, my husband's son had Buco lloni also great and my husband had Scaloppine di Vitella Piccola Venezia which was outstanding. The pistachio canoli is like no other I have ever had.... More

I have been going to this restaurant since it opened, over 40 years ago. The food has only gotten better! Same family owns it, with the sons doing more but the cooking is fantastic. Their pastas are wonderful. We had an appetizer with three pastas which included homemade ravioli with cheeses, gnocchi with Gorgonzola and homemade pockets with osso buco.... More

Charming traditional Italian place. Hasn't changed in decades, and that's okay! Friendly service, comfortable seating, and simple, good food. And the prices are fair.

I lived in Queens about 35 years ago and knew of Piccola Venezia but only went there a couple of times. Then perhaps 10 years ago I had to take an Italian-American client, a gourmand, to dinner in Queens and thought of this restaurant. I thought it would satisfy but I was delighted at how he raved comparing it to... More

Went to Piccola with family. We were born and raised in Astoria now live on LI. Ate here many years ago. I am pleased to say the food quality is still the same, good . Had a fun evening. Service was great.

We decided to go here for Valentines day. Our original plans had been canceled due to weather and luckily I found Piccola Venezia and they were able to make a reservation for us on short notice. The place is very nice. Music plays in the background so as not to interrupt your conversation but you can still hear it nicely.... More

Went here for an evening with a large group. While the restaurant has old school charm and boisterous waiters, the food was not worth it. The sauces were heavy, the salad bland, the prices outrageous. Some people may enjoy this type of establishment but I don't enjoy dropping hundreds of dollars and leaving feeling unfulfilled.

Better than Little Italy or Arthur Avenue in the Bronx. Surprisingly authentic and scrumptious Italian fare served in a warm, service-oriented environment - you are not cramped or rushed. Good wine list and well-made cocktails help make this the best restaurant in Queens. The valet parking makes for a graceful entrance.
