This restaurant is an old fashioned place with food that has a distinctive flair. Service is excellent, and the pizzas are exceptional. Today we had the Margherita--which is always the measure of good pizza, and a pie that they call the Mona Lisa, with arugula, truffle oil and delicious parmesan curls. The crust is thin and tasty, with excellent "chew".... More

Went here for dinner with friends on a Saturday evening. The service was good and the food pretty solid. All of the pastas are homemade, which enticed us to come here. The prices were fair and the atmosphere nice enough. Definitely a neighborhood place where the owners seemed to know many of the customers. Would return.

Was there for lunch on a Friday last week with office staff. The service was very slow, the food was mediocre, the drinks were lousy (the bartender needs to learn how to make mixed cocktails). I ordered the Steak medium, it was served cold, with cold beans and 2 flimsy pieces of potatoes that were dried up. The only good... More

This quiet unassuming place at the corner of the Pulaski bridge has an amazing treat for all who dine there. The restaurant offers great Italian dishes with old world charm. The pasta is fresh, the wood burning oven is great and the seafood is so very fresh. The owner and staff are friendly and accommodating and knowledgeable. a definite visit... More

My son and his girlfriend participated in the NY Art Book Fair at MoMA PS1 in Long Island City, and we went to Manetta's with her parents for dinner. I had the special, which was Salmon Raviolis in a White Cream Sauce, my son had a Whole Wheat Pasta dish, as did his girlfriend, my husband had an amazing Whole... More

We have dined here several times over the past four years. We are tourists from Canada and visit once a year. This is our favourite restaurant for the following reasons: superior pizza , outstanding salmon penne, friendly non obtrusive service, very close to the Vernon-Jackson subway stop or across the Pulaski Bridge. Please try this family friendly, boisterous restaurant.

This restaurant is one of my friend's all time favorites. I had been there once before and she had been there a few times, but always wanted to come back because the food is so good. We had a calamari appetizer, as well as one of the most beautiful salads ever... Then for an entree we had lasagna and linguini... More

I had spaghetti with broccoli, carrots, zucchini. The spaghetti itself was amazing! It's homemade. My friend had salmone al forno. It was amazing. Their wine is lovely too. I recommend organic prosecco if you like sparkling wine.

Had a wonderful dinner. Appreciated that menu included both traditional fare as well as unique items. We enjoyed a spelt pasta dish with shrimp and a noodle dish with a mushroom sauce. Salads were fresh, plentiful and tasty. Staff were attentive and helpful
