A few excellent dishes, overall a solid place.

Came here for brunch with a group of 5. They have tables for 4 so if you have a group of 5, the 5th person will have to sit at the end of one of the tables. It does obstruct the pathway of service. The things I tried were escargot, salmon sandwich, french toast, fruit crepe, and strawberry... read more

A cozy, vintage cafe with good food. The staff is a delight. It reminded me of the old days in Greenwich Village. The owner was charming and accommodating. A wonderful spot to gather with friends or eat alone. The food was fresh and good. I didn't give it 5 stars because the food was good bistro food but not exceptional.... More

Went here for local meeting and enjoyed the food along with the service. Menu is diverse and the coffee was good as well. Service was quick and friendly. Would stop here again for breakfast.

My husband and I have been to Cafe Henri a few times in the past and just recently we decided to take his parents there for dinner the other night and they loved it!!! They both had cheeseburgers with fries, while my husband had the chicken ratatouille and I had the steamed mussels with fries. Everything they make at Cafe... More

My tongue has tasted their eggs benedict, french toast and croissants pudding. My taste bud from the tongue is telling me that it does taste great...especially the french toast. However, the tongue has not linger around any highly praise/5 stars french foods. Therefore, all I can say is that their food taste great!

On our way out of town after visiting family nearby, we opted for a late night meal. We considered this quite a find and have heartily recommended it to our people living here (newly located to LIC). On a late Monday evening, we enjoyed the jazz combo live entertainment, quite a nice "plus". Our food was excellent, Mojitos superior, dessert... More

Visiting from the UK, I went to Cafe Henri for a Sunday morning brunch with my daughter, son-in-law and their 2 year-old daughter. A very small, cute, cosy place, we had to wait quite a while before we could get a table, a strong indication as to how popular it is. We were all made very welcome and the service... More

Our waitress was very friendly and she made special arrangements to give us substitute items. Quality of food was also very good. I recommend this restaurant and will go there again!

Strolling down Vernon Blvd on the hunt for a coffee we finally stumbled across this wonderful little cafe. It was hopping! Clearly a local favourite! A lovely lady with a french accent served us right away and we were able to get a couple "Cafe Francais" (aka Americanos), an iced coffee and couple croissants to go. If we'd had more... More
