Creative cocktails in a stylish room.

Delicious and thoughtful mixology. Bartenders are knowledgeable and experienced. They're friendly too. Try anything made with mezcal. If food is offered, I would not know. The cocktails are too delicious.

Dutch Kills is reminiscent of an old speakeasy from way back in the day. It's marked by a "BAR" neon sign outside and not much else. Once you enter, its very dark but you can still make your way past the tables to the nicely laid out bar in the back. The drinks are interesting but sometimes I think it... More

Like I said I dont even know where to start, First time at this place over the weekend and I was in awe, The service, The Quality of the food, drinks and the decor was unreal. its a very dark spot, and from looking at the outside it looks like a place you can walk right by it and not... More

The decor can't be more impressive. All wood, separated in sitting/eating area (booth wood) and the bar. Knick knack of the past complete the ambience - old, wood wall telephone or the jukebox. Opens at 5pm, the bar is already half-full with people sipping cocktails after work, during happy hour. We're more into beers which they only have in can... More

Went for first time as part of a large corporate group. I was quickly and arrogantly told not to approach the bar; I was to 'sit down'. I asked about the beer selection and I was this time TOLD to sit down. Arrogant, rude nasty and dark. I immediately left and neither me not my group will ever return .... More

Snacks were good; we didn't get "real" food but I'm told by the people we were with that it is good. The decor is dark and calm. Good background music, not intrusive. They have a nice list of specialty cocktails but the bartender will do custom mixes if you ask for "something that tastes a little like _____ with a... More

This was my first stop after a long work day out of town. Great atmosphere top notch drinks with a creative edge. If you don't know what you are thirsty for they can tailor a drink to your desires on the spot. Highly recommend this hidden treasure!

Stopped by for drinks after dinner. It looks sketchy from the outside but once you go down the hallway to the bar it is a step back in time - speak easy style, elegant setting. This is a bar; lots of liquor choices! They have special cocktails and the bartenders are happy to help you make a selection or make... More

I was in Queens on business and stopped in with a large group of co-workers for a couple drinks and food. It's not too difficult to find with the flashing BAR sign outside, although the door itself is intentionally poorly marked. You walk in through a dark hallway and it opens up into a narrow room with about 10 booths... More

The atmosphere is thick with history & theatrical magic! It's romantic and felt like anything was possible sitting at the dimly lit bar. Awesome jukebox and music. The cocktails are EXTREMELY well made and homemade! There's a documentary about this place! The bartenders are fun and relaxed. Abraham was intuitive and made us perfect night cap drinks. It's a great... More
