I love this place. The restaurant flows into a big, beautiful, comfortable cocktail lounge sitting right on the boardwalk. Views are spectacular, food is great, service is top notch and friendly. Dress is relaxed, jeans are fine. The menu may seem pricey but paninis, burgers and salads are great too. Time your visit around sunset, chill in the lounge with... More

I still come back to this place. You just can't help but fall in love with the amazing view. The service is always great too. If you don't mind paying 14 bucks for an omelette that is gone in 3 bites or eggs Benedict that are entirely lack luster-then go ahead. I wish they'd get their act together in the... More

Food is great, amazing chef. The menu is on the expensive side so if you are looking for a budget meal this is not the place. Dress is smart casual, no beach attire.

We are from out of town and had an afternoon free. The weather being beautiful, we decided to go to Long Beach and stopped in to the Allegria for lunch. I asked for a table at the window facing the boardwalk which we were graciously led to. The restaurant furnishings are awesome in a New York way, all plush leather,... More

My friends and I went to Alegria hotel for a brunch one Sunday and it was amazing. Brunch buffet had few stations: omelette and waffles (made to order), seafood (with lobsters, king crab legs, hand rolls!!), meat, salads, pasta, and of course, deserts!! Anything you can think of and so tasty! It also included unlimited mimosas, Bloody Mary, bellinies (which... More

We heard of employees not getting paid(bouncing pay subs). We felt sorry for the employees. Current staff not enough.

I had high expectations for the Atlantica Restaurant in the luxury Hotel Allegria on the beach in Long Beach.. I was anticipating attentive service and fine dining. However, I was extremely disappointed that night. The hotel had been badly damaged by Sandy but was nicely restored. The boardwalk in Long Beach was not yet reconstructed and would be a desirable...
