Good service, good food

We got fried pickles and the smoked wings to start. The wings were amazing and I usually hate dry rubs. This one wasn't too thick and I loved the flavor. The pickles were amazingly crisp, but oddly didn't have much pickle flavor. We got a few drinks including the pumpkin cider (awesome), dragon... read more

Since Quaker Steak bit the dust in Baldwinsville for all you can eat wings these guys do it on Monday night's starting at 9pm. No plastic chairs here or parking problems like The Lube though! Beers are substantial for even the seasoned veteran. Staff is fantastic and there is little to no turnover that says a lot about the managers... More

I visited Smoky Bones with my dad. We both ordered the 2 item combo: We both chose pulled pork but he chose the bbq chicken and I chose the beef brisket for our second choice. I was very happy with the way the beef brisket came, in several square pieces with sauce poured on top, instead of slices pulled off... More

We ate here again as a group from work, and once again had another great meal. I had the full rack of baby back ribs, which are meatier and more moist than the St Louis variety. Once again...YUM!!! I also enjoyed the roasted corn dish and the cole slaw. Heck, everything was good, and the service (Elvis) was helpful and... More

We recently travelled to Syracuse, New York and made a point of trying out the Smokey Bones BBQ and Grill in Liverpool, NY. The food was delicious and the service excellent. My husband had a pulled pork sandwich and I opted for a nutty chicken salad. We were particularly impressed with the menu, especially since the number of calories was... More

We decided to try Smokey Bones that was close to the Fairfield Inn. This is truely a great place if you love BBQ. Our teenagers loved it so much we came back the next night for ribs and fish. Food is fantastic. Service was good and fast. Servings were huge. Prices reasonable. Came home to PA and found we have... More

My husband and I drove to Syracuse for the 4th of July weekend. We asked at the front desk for a recommendation for dinner and at the top of their list was Smokey Bones. I tend to be skeptical of suggestions from B-class hotels, but Smokey Bones lived up to the hype. Great food, great service and affordable prices. So... More

We went for dinner on the off change. The place is fab! Great service, food is really good. The wings were awesome! We had been to another and had been disappointed. This place didn't disappoint. Looking forward to being back in the area to return

I've worked "on the road" for over 30 years, and have been to this Smokey Bones several times. I told my co-worker that I wished the place would follow us around, so we'd always have it. I rarely give 5 out of 5 stars, but this place has always been a real pleasure for us. The ribs and huge hamburger... More

Great BBQ restaurant, excellent ribs done in a variety of seasonings. Good menu selection if you're not in the mood for ribs. Good portions of food for the price. Bar selection includes a decent variety of beers, wine selection is limited. Keriann provided great service. Tv's around the bar area usually have the current sports games playing. Casual dress, nice... More
