Having lunch with friends, we had a delightful skillet cornbread followed by enormous 1/2 lb. Angus Burgers with a wide choice of trimmings. The food and service was superb, and the only negative was the loud background "music" that rivals Applebee's for the honor of being the most obnoxious.

I always go there armed with a coupon. They are in the paper or online every month. Spend $20.00 and get $10.00 off. A very nice deal. Service is average. Sometimes you get a decent wait person, sometimes you do not. Even sitting at the bar you feel ignored on some occasions. Food is a little better then average. Burgers... More

A group of us stopped by Smokey Bones before our meeting last week, and we (most of us) enjoyed our meals in this chain-style BBQ. They have a large menu which features almost anything BBQ, right down to the fried pickles. I had a 3/4 rack of ribs that was slathered in a thick sauce, accompanied by side orders of... More

Stopped for a quick overnight stay on a road trip, looking for some dinner and cocktails before we turned in at the Hampton Inn across the street (which by the way sucks for the price). Things went well at first, quickly got drinks, attentive service, food not bad. It's a chain, you won't be disappointed if your expectations are focused... More

Ive been here several times over the years. The food is typical darden fare( think red lobster, olive garden etc) it was lot nicer in side wheb it was geared more to family dining and not the beer and football crowd. Food was decent and service was excellent.(esp for a chain restaurant).

Wanted some good baby back ribs, what I got was dry and tough, not the way they should be falling off the bone. We also had chicken wings that was cooked way to long and also dry. This place is no longer on my list to go too. We were their on Sunday around 5pm, and it was not crowded. I... More

we sat at the bar during the week around 5:00 PM for a couple of beers and decided to try one of their appetizers. We selected the pretzel sticks, however when they arrived they looked all wilted and were very rubbery. These must have been cooked or reheated in a microwave! All it took was one bite to know that... More

This was our first visit to Smokey Bones BBQ and we can't wait to go back! The décor was comfortable. The staff was welcoming and accommodating and the food was delicious. We started with the nacho's platter with no meat. The cheese was tasty and the seasoning made this appetizer stand out. My husband had the steak with bacon and... More

If you like BBQ you wshould like Smoky bones the BBQ meat was tender and had a nice BBQ flavor, you also get your choice 5 different sauces. I reccomend the rib combo half rack of ribs plus pulled pork as my favorite. we have not been disappointed yet.
