Great place

We went for dinner on the off change. The place is fab! Great service, food is really good. The wings were awesome! We had been to another and had been disappointed. This place didn't disappoint. Looking forward to being back in the area to return

We recently travelled to Syracuse, New York and made a point of trying out the Smokey Bones BBQ and Grill in Liverpool, NY. The food was delicious and the service excellent. My husband had a pulled pork sandwich and I opted for a nutty chicken salad. We were particularly impressed with the menu, especially since the number of calories was... More

We decided to try Smokey Bones that was close to the Fairfield Inn. This is truely a great place if you love BBQ. Our teenagers loved it so much we came back the next night for ribs and fish. Food is fantastic. Service was good and fast. Servings were huge. Prices reasonable. Came home to PA and found we have... More

My husband and I drove to Syracuse for the 4th of July weekend. We asked at the front desk for a recommendation for dinner and at the top of their list was Smokey Bones. I tend to be skeptical of suggestions from B-class hotels, but Smokey Bones lived up to the hype. Great food, great service and affordable prices. So... More

I've worked "on the road" for over 30 years, and have been to this Smokey Bones several times. I told my co-worker that I wished the place would follow us around, so we'd always have it. I rarely give 5 out of 5 stars, but this place has always been a real pleasure for us. The ribs and huge hamburger... More

Great BBQ restaurant, excellent ribs done in a variety of seasonings. Good menu selection if you're not in the mood for ribs. Good portions of food for the price. Bar selection includes a decent variety of beers, wine selection is limited. Keriann provided great service. Tv's around the bar area usually have the current sports games playing. Casual dress, nice... More

I can't understand those who said that this place has tasteless food. It is anything but! I had a ribs combo (as did several others in our group) that was superbly good. Two different kinds of ribs were on this plate: St. Louis, and Baby Back. They were both delicious, although one was a little meatier than the other. The... More

You might ask why I have been to this place for about 6 times when I finally decide to review it and give it a 1/5. You might say "how could you go back if you rate it so low?" Hopefully this will explain ... I have gone to this place a few times for the most part because I... More

Ate at the Bar, food was delicious. Not cheap though. Service was great until this scenario happened. Boyfriend ordered a tap beer, tall glass that was over $7+. The bartender was filling the glass and then the foam went crazy, keg beat. Ok, glass filled not even 75% full and the bartender say's here you go, sorry, keg beat and... More

This was our first visit to this restaurant. Our group of 2 grandparents and a granddaughter each had the touted Smoked Brisket Sandwich. We were served some mystery meat that was half, yes half, fat on a small hoagie roll with a few peppers and onions. I've had BBQ brisket in at least 5 states and this was not brisket.... More
