We stopped here because it is close to Albany Airport and we were hungry. We weren't disappointed. My son had spaghetti with two enormous baseball-sized meatballs. I chose the spinach pie which was tasty and large. I would definitely stop by again.

Business across the street brought me here for lunch, and to kill an hour or so. I was seated immediately, and the service was exceptionally quick to take beverage and lunch order. Lentil soup was very good, and promptly delivered to the table. The homemade chicken pot pie was just excellent - hot and tasty! The sauce wasn't thick or... More

Good diner, average prices, need more coffee choices (latte, espresso, etc) as well as milk choices (Lactaid, soy, etc). In other words, they had a wonderful food variety but no variety on drinks at all. For an upstate breakfast restaurant you would think they had maple syrup but they don't. Only little packets of high fructose corn syrup. So while... More

I eat breakfast here once a month or so, because my dad likes it. The food is average diner food, the coffee isn't very good, but I've never had trouble getting waited on, and had no more than your average number of order mistakes. I do find more than the usual amount of dish clatter, as they have a tub... More

Expect reasonable service and very very average food, most of which has little taste. Most diners are better than this one.

This was close to my hotel, excellent breakfast! Had a big back room for large parties. Plenty of other seating.

This has been my early morning breakfast spot while my car is at the dealer across the way. The breakfast menu goes on and on, so each time I've had something great to eat, good coffee, and really friendly service. But this time, I arrived at lunch and was going to have to occupy a booth for a long while.... More

I recently started a new job in Latham and quickly discovered the Route 7 Diner. Being able to eat breakfast all day is a big plus in my book, sometimes I don't want a Cheeseburger or other lunch food. The people there are very friendly and always make me feel welcome, special mentions go out to Server 'Jackie' for great... More

Had Breakfast - a ham omelette with homefries and toast and coffee - very good - service was fast - will have to go for lunch some time. Located on Route 7 easy to get to - close to the airport.
