We stopped at this landmark diner that has been in this location for years on Route 7 in Latham, NY late in the day on the day after Christmas. We were tired after a long day of fighting shoppers and traffic, very hungry just hoping for quick service and the reliability of "diner food". We arrived with low expectations of... More

My dear, lifetime friend and I enjoyed breakfast here before we went our separate ways back home to Vermont and New Jersey. The restaurant parking lot was full of local cars which is usually a great sign! My friend ordered hash and eggs with home fry potatoes and I had the eggs benedict. She had asked for ketchup when the... More

We have breakfast in this diner during the summer every few weeks for a relaxing and delicious start to a day of gardening. Service is pleasant and quick; food is always good, and the price is always right. There is always a moderate crowd, so we aren't the only ones who know this is a good spot. Try it and... More

From outside to inside this is a big menu all-american dunner. Plenty of food at reasonable price, its quantity over quality although everything was hot, served quickly and no surprises. If you're in diner mood, enjoy

Our family went for late breakfast back-to-back mornings on a weekend and overall the food and service was very good. First the not-so-good. 2 of the 4 of us had "dry" omelettes the first morning. They tasted fine, and there was plenty of it, but a bit dry. My toast both mornings was very dry. Bite into a slice, and... More

On a Sunday night at the start of a 2-day business trip, there did not seem to be too much in the immediate area of the Albany Area. Came across Route 7, and it was very down-to-home like. Menu offerings plentiful with many Greek-like dishes. The portions of the entrée were substantial, and had leftovers (the hot Turkey plate with... More

I admit, I live near this Diner. My husband and I go here often because the food is delicious, plentiful and reasonable. Breakfast, lunch and dinner, too, it doesn't matter what time of the day....if we have a craving for a good meal and I don't feel like cooking it, this is our "go to" place. Favorites: eggs over easy... More

This was a huge surprise... Our waitress Kim was terrific and breakfast was wonderful. This place is so clean you could eat off the floor.

We stopped here because it is close to Albany Airport and we were hungry. We weren't disappointed. My son had spaghetti with two enormous baseball-sized meatballs. I chose the spinach pie which was tasty and large. I would definitely stop by again.
