Five Alarm Burger

One of my favorites that seemed to disappear from the menu. You can still order it if you get a seasoned waiter/waitress. Place just seems to be as consistent as you can expect from fast food....but remember that's what it is.

Went for an early lunch around 11:30. Not terribly crowded so the slowish service was a little unexpected. The burgers were good but mine was overcooked. If you are a burger joint, you should be able to cook a burger exactly as ordered. Mine was most decidedly not. It was still tasty and the endless steak fries are a big... More

I have dined here several times. As an online club member I receive good discount coupons. This is a good, very roomy, restaurant for gourmet burgers, It is a family-friendly eatery. Prices could certainly be lower. Ambiance, comfort, noise level, cleanliness are all satisfactory. Their "bottomless" fries are very good. Service is perfectly good. They supply the great Mexican Hot... More

I knew Red Robin was a little pricey, but this last time was crazy expensive. They changed their menu. I was shocked that some special burgers (Black and Bleu or a Pepper bacon Burger) are over $14 (before tip)!. I had a cheap build your own burger and a Coke. It totaled $12 ($14 w/ tip). And honestly, the burger... More

I had went during around 1pm and was not pleased with the food and service we had received. We sat down and it took awhile to get our drink order. We finally placed our food order and it took over 45 minutes to get our food. When the food arrived the burger was ice cold and sent it back. We... More

Went here for dinner, when we sat down at our table the Patriots game was on the TV. Then, about one minute later, the channel was turned to PBS. I asked 4 or 5 times for the game to be put back on. Eventually, they turned the channel to an infomercial!!! I saw the manager (after the game was over)... More

Burgers are always good here. Kids love it and then have a wonderful kid friendly atmosphere. Nice selection of beers on tap. As for the review saying they don't honor my shopper coupons, that isn't true. We just ate and used a coupon for a free kids meal. There were zero issues.

Stopped in for our yearly visit. Saturday, 5 PM. We were taking out to our hotel. Well received at the door, sent to the bar. Within seconds, our server, Mark, was taking our orders. Place was spotless. Watched some football to while away the time. Our order arrived in a timely fashion. Back at the hotel, the food was really... More

Well laid out restaurant (with a funny name) and an excellent choice for burgers and many other tasty items on the menu. Wide selection of beers and several unusual combinations of beers and milk shakes (?). We ate very comfortably on the outdoor patio, had good service and a very friendly waiter.

There are many restaurants to choose from in this area, in a range from fast food to fine dining. Red Robin is somewhere in the middle. I had never been to this chain before, just seen their TV ads and their involvement with Project Runway. I've eaten there three times now, and will return again when I want this particular... More
