My husband and I have eaten here a few times, for dinner. We have always enjoyed our meals. Today, I went and brought my son, who is in his mid 20's. I opted for the lunch buffet - enough choices for me. He, however, asked for Pork Katsu, which was served in too small a bowl and without any sauce.... More

We got take-out this evening. First, the chicken rice soup did not have any chicken broth. It was starchy rice water with rubbery chicken. The chicken in the Dragon and Phoenix was very gristly. Never again!

We have eaten there several times this summer. The food was really good and they served the food quickly. I thought it was a bit expensive.

Every meal prepared by this restaurant has been consistently fresh and delicious, whether I'm dining in the restaurant or taking it out to consume at home. As a vegetarian, I appreciate the many choices. My daughter and I very much like their vegetable tempura, which is always crispy and never greasy, enhanced by the delicious sauce the veggies are served... More

I had the Shrimp Lo Mein (Combo) came with roast pork fried rice and an egg roll - it was really good - a lot of shrimp - I also got the wonton Soup - the wontons were alittle over cooked - good taste to the soup. I called it in and it was ready when I got there. Will... More

We ate here the other night, and they really took care of us and the food was outstanding. 5 adults and 2 small kids, They made chop sticks just for the kids (tied together and shortened). I had the Octopus as an app; sliced thin and soaked in lime juice, among other things, WOW! Everything we ordered was perfect. The... More

Consistently reliable, my family doesn't go anywhere else for Chinese in the Latham/Niskayuna/Colonie area. Never had a bad meal from Xin Fu, either dine-in or takeout. Vegetable dishes, meat dishes, rice dishes, noodle dishes are all well made and satisfying. Ah, the fried dumpling appetizer. Not too doughy. Fragrant, spicy filling. A good example of why this place is a... More

I was in Latham, Ny this week for business, and didn't have access to a car. Xin Fu was withing walking distance to my hotel. I had no expectations for this restaurant. It was super quiet, only one other patron. I had no idea what was going to be good, so I opted for the hot and sour soup, and... More

Been going here for a few years now, and they are consistently very good. They're one of the best in upstate, serving both chinese and japanese cuisine. Very reasonable lunch specials and friendly waitstaff.
