The food here is great there is no denying that, but the staff here is beyond unbearable, took a long time to be served and when we finally did the waiter seemed preoccupied with a friend at the bar when we ordered. Drinks are very pricey and no free refills which is something I rarely find in this town. more

After reading the other reviews, I have but one thing to say, "keep your darn kids home" or maybe take them to Burger King. The food was fabulous, prices were average. The wings in particular were one of a kind. If your looking for burgers and fries, this is not your place, try Wendys. more

Place was crowded and loud. Were surprised at the final cost of the meal - esp. for "pub" food. A little scoop of ice cream added another $2.50 to dessert. Service was okay - somewhat slow. Probably woudn't go back for dinner again. more

going by tripadvisor...i made my 2nd mistake in lake placid. i ate at this place...it looks like a bar and has alot of hard working folk looking for beers after work..which is great. but, where oh.. where does the incredible food part come in...the menu is the strangest thing i have ever encountered..lots of little sayings next to the food...lots... more

I took my wife there last night and we had a good time. The meal was great with good size portions. Our service was good and the bill was average price for Lake Placid. We will return the chicken parm was great I would rank the chicken in the top 5 in the Tri Lakes. more

We ate dinner at Lisa G's and enjoyed the whole meal from start to finish. We had a mango margarita which was fruity and delicious. The medium hot wings were fantastic and came with real chunky blue cheese dressing. I had risotto, my husband had chimchuri chicken and my child had chicken nacho's as his meal. We spent a week in the ADKS (Saranac, Paul Smiths and Lake Placid) and ate most nights in Placid. Lisa G's was the only place we chose to return to twice. The food is very good. We had dinner on the terrace around 9:30 pm. The food was delicious : we both had the risotto. The portions were huge ! We made the mistake of ordering entrées, crispy battered squids and lovely sweet potatoes fries, so we couldn't finish our plates.
