We waited far too long for our order, even though the establishment had only one other table of patrons at a prime time (indicator). We then received the wrong food. With much difficulty, we obtained the waitress's attention. She then brought us the correct food, but it was extremely cold. When we were able to find her again, we told... More

I am so sorry that what you described was the experience you had at our restaurant. I alway want people to leave the restaurant happy and satisfied. I was not there that evening, but it is definitely something that will be reviewed so that none of that happens in the future. It is our policy to offer patrons something else... More

The rehearsal dinner for our son’s wedding was held there on Saturday night, Aug.10th. I had numerous email and phone conversations with the chef as well as with Andrea and I was very impressed with the promptness of return calls and emails. I was also impressed with how much they were able to work with me on a menu that... More

This restaurant was a great place to eat. The food was excellent and they try to use local ingredients. The menu had a lot of different items and they were happy to adjust some if you had food allergies. The bartender recommended a blueberry pomegrante martini which was wonderful!!! The deserts were very good I would recommend the bananna wrapped... More

We weren't expecting to be wowed. The renowned chef who had been there had moved on and there were no other diners in the place on a Friday night!!! Maybe we lucked out with Chef Peter's night, but the three of us each had our favorite meal of our vacation. The presentation was beautiful. I had scallops in a miso... More

Oh My! I am so sorry that you did not have the enjoyable experience at our restaurant that we expect to provide. I believe that you came in for breakfast. I do apologize that your waitress got your order wrong. As I told you at the time, it was her first day doing breakfast. I wish you had told me... More

Ran in the marathon that morning, and had a big lunch. Was looking for something light and was in the mood for a salad. I asked at our hotel and they recommended The Alegria Garden Cafe. I described the salad that i wanted and they delivered. It was exactly as i described. Very tasty dressing, beautiful mixed greens, chopped strawberries... More

Had breakfast there. A little pricey but food was decent. Service was weird...very smiley, acted like she was going through the motions, but forgot extra cream for coffee 3 times...appologizing repeatedly. Didn't bring spoons for coffee. Had to ask for them. It was almost like the wait staff was new. In between forgetting what they were doing, they gathered at... More

We had breakfast here because we were staying at the hotel connected to this restaurant. The menu seemed good, simple, and reasonably priced for the most part. I ordered the french toast with strawberries, my boyfriend ordered some sort of sausage gravy and biscuit thing, my friend ordered the yogurt and granola parfait and her husband ordered eggs and bacon,... Thank you for the opportunity to explain what happened on your last visit. It was just our 2nd weekend doing breakfast and yes the breakfast staff was all new. I had to be out of town that morning, so I am sorry that I was not there to help. I have had the chance to talk to the staff about... More

This restaurant was a little gem. We stumbled across it during our morning walk. It is not on Main Street, but overlooking it. Located in the lower level of the Summit Hotel, and directly across the street from High Peaks reception. Cozy little restaurant that boasts an outdoor patio during the summer months. Chef was extremely accomodation with my gluten/egg... More

Ate here while staying in hotel above. I had a $9 salad. While it was a yummy dressing, it wasn't worth $9 for lettuce. Friend had a $15 burger, which was just average tasting. I also went one evening and ordered a glass of wine and a can of soda, came to $13! Outrageous prices. Only went since were staying... More
