Great breakfast

We had breakfast here, it was very good! I had the brioche French toast with orange butter( my new favorite thing) and fresh local maple syrup, and my husband had the meat lovers omelet. Been here several times before. You think I would learn. This was the best experience thus far. I had the Thai Chicken Lettuce Wrap, and it was great. Others had crab cake sandwich and panini and we equally pleased.

We stayed at the Golden Arrow resort so we received complimentary breakfast each morning we were there. We didn't make it to dinner but the breakfast was great. Service was very quick and helpful. The view was stunning, especially in the morning. I would love to try out their lunch or dinner some time. I personally love breakfast food, and... More

Service for a large group was terrible. The food was cold when it came out and they forgot one meal.

The food and beer on draft were exceptional. The prices were reasonable and the staff were great. I highly recommend a stop in!

We stumbled into this place because we were freezing and it was close by. But we are very happy we did! This place has it all. Sophisticated decor, beautiful fireplaces, a fabulous view of the lake..and wonderful food! I had just a smoked turkey BLT for lunch with a side of onion rings that were out of this world. Not... We had breakfast here and ordered room service. Food quality is great. My french toast was delicious and made from brioche bread and served with a subtle orange flavor. The Vermont maple sausage was notably good as was the thick cut bacon which was served generously. The breakfast potatoes were expertly seasoned. The kids menu offers healthy choices. Service was... We ate here for a tournament buffet. Fish is usually the tell tale item for me to rate a buffet. Both nights it was very fresh tasting and the staff was helpful.

We were in Lake Placid to cheer on our daughter and her team for the 2015 Eastern Sectional Synchronized Skating Championships. Since she's a senior level skater, it was just the two of us and we knew it would be hard to find a table in the midst of all the teams trying to squeeze in dinner for 12 -... More
