The vast menu is very appealing, and the food is quite delicious, however, the set up is not customer friendly and quite confusing for the first time visitor. Very limited seating. Much better to take out. Would be super if they expanded.

The brie, apple, brown sugar, pecan, and raspberry crepe is a little slice of heaven! Although the crepes are a little expensive ($10 for the one I mentioned), I would get it again in a heartbeat! Yum! The savory crepes are delicious too.

I had a roast beef sandwich-the asiago peppercorn bread was to die for! My family had a liverwurst sandwich, buffalo chicken sandwich, buffalo chicken crepe, and smoke salmon crepe. All were very good! I would recommend getting your sandwich pressed because it makes it warm and gooey. Also, its extremely difficult to find seating in the restaurant so I say... More

So delicious , we can not wait to go back, must try everything at least once. Fresh sandwiches, and they are very accommodating in letting you make your own combo.

Occasionally we skipped breakfast and wanted some type of sweet roll and coffee later in the morning while walking around Lake Placid Village.. Did the Big Mountain Deli fit the bill! The baker knows how to make European type pastries and sweet rolls that make skipping breakfast worthwhile.

I wish a place like this were in the town I live. The lines can get quite long and the seating situation is a bit like quick and the dead, but getting food here is absolutely worth the hassle. We actually got breakfast plus a lunch sandwich for our kayak trip later in the day. Their breakfast sandwiches are not... More

Wonderful sandwich shop with TONS of choices plus crepes options. All the sandwiches are named after one if the 46 high peaks in the Adirondacks. Very fresh and never a disappointment. The only disappointing thing is the wait because it's so popular. The last couple time I have been there the order line in out the door. Well worth the... More

I can't add to what others put already. I have to have 100 characters so try number 57. Pastrami Hash etc. 3 Kids got the S'mores crepe. And one got strawberries and cream. Must've been 20 strawberries in there.

I'm sorry the sandwiches are just too goo for words! Wow. They did such a nice job. Great fresh baked breads. An amazing mix of ingredients. And we managed to find something for even picky kids. This was a really nice find. Smoothies were very good as well. Two comments that keep me from giving it five stars. 1. Despite... More

We spent one day in Lake Placid. I came across this place when looking for a lunch restaurant. The line is apparently always long but you will get through it fairly fast. The sandwich and crepe selection was impressive. You can also build your own! Everything was supper fresh and delicious, plus they had gluten free bread as well. A... More
