We eat here every time we come to town. The menu had bar favs and good comfort food. there can be a wait at busy dinner times as the restaurant is very popular.

Awesome bar. Cool outdoor fire pit in the warmer months. Cool place to hang out during the sunset or pre-dinner drinks. Food is good and the prices are very reasonable.

We ate there mid July at lunch. We sat at the outside/upstairs dining area. The view was great and it is located at the corner as you come into town. Service was fast and they checked back often. There was food selections for all. We will be visiting again.

Breakfast menu was unique and we enjoyed the newspaper like menu. The same menu used for dinner was harder to follow. The chicken wings some of the best in town.

We came here for breakfast. The food was delicious and the service was on point. Our server Sherry was super friendly. We loved this place so much we came back a few hours later to sit at the bar and have bloody marys which were delicious. Definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Lake Placid.

Had lunch & drinks with friends, food was ok, drinks were very pricy and a bit weak. They are not on par with the high peaks resort they are affiliated with.

This is above average for hotel faire. We ate both breakfast and lunch at the Dancing Bears, and both were quality meals that were well-delivered and enjoyed. There is a "price premium" for not leaving the hotel, but overall it was good food at an acceptable price point.

In the past I gave glowing reviews based upon the friendliness of the staff, the menu choices which varied from pub fare to some really flavorful salads that could stand alone as a meal with a cup of soup, and the local burgers that were sourced from Kilcoyne beef. Sad to say times have really changed here and I am... More

Everything was pretty booked everywhere for some reason this place was almost empty. We ordered mostly appetizers (wings, chilly, calamari, nachos) One burger (portabella and one sandwich) We pretty much liked everything except nachos (not a fan of cheese from a can type of cheese. Sweet potato fries was really good. Calamari we used to have sauce on a side... More
