Don't! Just don't! Except if you want to feel sick. In their defense, when I complained, I got my money back & was told they'll make changes in the kitchen or something.

We got breakfast included in our stay at High Peaks, don't do it! The food was typical and not many choices beyond that. It took us 7 minutes to get seated, acknowledged, and no the restaurant wasn't packed at 9 am. It seemed short staffed, took about ten minutes to get drinks, waitress seemed flustered. There are awesome little eatery's... More

Food was very good. The menu had a nice variety. We were with a party of 8 and the service was perfect. All of the food arrived at the same time and at the perfect temperature. Very friendly staff.

We were there during the Columbus day weekend. The waiter provided excellent service and we were happy to give a generous tip. Food was very good. We had the Nachos with Chicken. This was very flavourful. Fish and chips was good. Fries were yummy. Chicken Fajitas were excellent. The chicken had a very yummy sauce.

My husband visited on a Wednesday for lunch. We had a great seat on their upstairs outdoor patio. We shared the bbq chicken nachos and then the lobster rolls. They were both so delicious and more than enough food. The service was great and the view of mirror lake and the main street of Lake Placid was perfect. It also... More

The food is good. Good portions and value. We had wine, calamari and french onion soup for dinner. Soup was good, but thyme in the french onion soup which I had never had before was not too much to my liking, but the broth was good and soup was hot. The calamari was good, large portion and not heavily breaded.... More

First time we have been to this restaurant, and it was for breakfast at about 10:30am on a Sunday. It was busy, but not overwhelmingly. Took 20 minutes before a waitress came to take our order, 30 minutes before the order came and another 15 to get the check once we were done. Left at 11:45. That is a ridiculous... More

The restaurant is clean, comfortable and carries a menu with a good number of choices. The staff was friendly and efficient. The prices were about average with a creep towards pricey. The food was good, not memorable enjoyable. I felt like I was eating at an Apple bee's. This could of been a much better dining experience with a little more... More

This is a huge and very busy restaurant in the center of Lake Placid. We expected more of a chain production meal but were surprised by the quality of ingredients. We shared the shrimp tempura as an appetizer and they were huge and delicious although not with real tempura. The gourmet burger was perfect, with a good local cheddar and... More
