Busy place for Sunday breakfast. Seated promptly but food very slow in arriving. Eggs Benedict slightly warm, my eggs undercooked. Pancakes quite good. Server friendly. Average to above pricing.

We LOVE Dancing Bears restaurant!!! We love stoping in at the bar! Jayme-Lynn always makes us feel so welcome and special!!! She and Tony make the BEST blue margaritas! Patio season upstairs is also a big draw!!! Great family restaurant as well! Thank you to Jason, a most efficient server with a most pleasant personality! Great spot for varied choices... More

It was one of the first nice days of Spring...and we ate outside. Our server, Cara, was wonderful. Answered ALL questions efficiently.....and shared information about the area. We have been going to Lake Placid for a number of years now....and Dancing Bears is on our 'must go' list....along with several others.

Actually ate off the dancing bears menu at the PR pub upstairs as the restaurant was having their floors redone. Our bartender , Jason, was awesome. Interacted with us, joked with us and his food recommendations were great. The group had a mix of food from wings, nachos , sandwiches etc . All came out fairly quickly and tasted wonderful.... We have had the opportunity to eat Breakfast, lunch and diner here. We could not be happier with the food and the staff. We have come back later in the evening to have desert due to the fact we were to full after diner to have any.

Bought the bed and breakfast package with the Lake House which included breakfast at The Dancing Bears. The atmosphere and staff was wonderful. As for the food, top notch. Ordered the stuffed French toast and it tasted heavenly. My husband ordered the Veggie Benedict and gave it two thumbs up. Very pleased with the selection and cleanliness of the restaurant.... More

Ribs were delicious and half rack is only $14, but very filling. Breaded trout with Brussels sprouts, choice of potatoes and lemon wedge was not the best improvement over the last year when it had been only slightly breaded and pan-fried - and had been perfect in all ways! I was expecting it this year and was disappointed when it... More
