Pub food and brews at the bar...

the wait upstairs was 30 min+, and after reading reviews of a long wait we went to the bottom floor to wait and have a IPA. Well, if you sit at the bar you can order food...so we opted for a onion soup and bean chile, shared an excellent pear salad. The salad was the best of our choices! The... read more

Rarely visited by waitress. We ordered two burgers with fries. It took 30 minutes for food to get to table. When it did, the fries were cold.

Arriving late at our hotel next door we decided to eat here. The craft beer selection was good. The food was also good, but it's just pub fare. If you are looking for more there are other restaurants in the area. There are three bars on three separate floors. The upper floor is the quietest with a kid play area.... More

Not sure what part of this is the brewery. Beers listed online we're not what were on tap. Confusing setup: actually 3 restaurants in one building on 3 separate floors but they sort of share taps and staff, etc. I guess now that we've been there we sort of understand. I would suggest they just make the place one cohesive... More

We visited twice during our vacation to Lake Placid. The first time was Sunday about 7. It was crowded so we ended up on the third floor where there is an area for families with children....including a toy room. We were pleasantly surprised at the quiet atmosphere and speedy service.....very good food and beer. The second time, we wanted to... More

Went there for lunch today. It was an awkward business lunch so I was even more grateful for this place! We ate on the deck with a wonderful view. I had the maple & pear flat bread pizza and it was AMAZING. It's so different but amazing. The service was great and I was impressed with the prices. If I... More

This is a real nice pub. Good pub food, generous portions, great staff and great beers. It is lively. Easy access from the main street and worth a visit when you are in Lake PLacid.

This was our first visit to Lake Placid and had no idea where we should go. It was pretty late when we rolled in and we were hungry. Went in to the Lake Placid Pub because it looked like a cool place. We were seated right away, waited on right away, and the food was fabulous! Daughter had fish &... More

I will start by saying that we found the staff at the LP Pub and Brewery to be fantastic! Everyone is friend and helpful and they are obviously well-trained. One person in our party has difficulty walking and they were more than happy to have her ride up to the 3rd floor in the elevator. (If you ride the elevator,... More
